want to share my great experience with Rift and honestly feel so glad I chose them.
I originally ordered a 3 month supply through rift for Apothecary, but later found out that quaker was temporarily out of stock. Instead of leaving me in the dark, the Rift care team reached out quickly and clearly explained my options. -They gave me the choice to either wait until 5/11 or switch to one of their partner pharmacies that provides a very similar tirzepatide from a 503B facility- you know the recent news!!

I decided to go with the replacement pharmacy, and I really appreciated how transparent and supportive they were throughout that decision. At no point did I feel pressured. They simply gave me the information I needed and let me choose what worked best for me.

What stood out the most was their communication. Their response time was incredibly fast, and every interaction felt reassuring and professional. They stayed in touch the entire time, followed up appropriately, and made sure I always knew what was happening with my order. That level of care is rare.

Even when there was a supply issue, they handled it so smoothly that it actually increased my trust in them. It showed me they are proactive, honest, and truly focused on patient experience.
I am really glad I went with Rift, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is on the fence. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and well managed.
