With all that has been going on. Wanted to post some positive results

I am finally under 300 Lbs (299.2) on my official weigh in day. I haven't been under 300lbs in 10 years plus.

I still have a long ways to go but the Tirzepatide has been so beneficial! I just did my 7th shot today. I am still on the 2.5mg dose.

I am using Drug Crafters with glycine. Getting it through JoinRift. Talk about getting lucky responding to a Pharmacy that offers the product at a great price. Great experience with them and Rift as well so far

Am I the only one nervous and wondering how long it’s going to take for Hallendale to get all these new replacement orders out? 😬. I’m assuming it will be a long while and I’m sure they are overwhelmed to say the least.

I can only see in the portal that my script has been changed to Hallendale. Customer service says it’s been sent to Hallendale for fulfillment but nothing in the portal shows that. The only thing I can see is the fullfilent of my Hyalo order from earlier this month.

We all have different challenges and reasons for using Tirzepatide. For me the weight loss is a side issue…a bonus. I started this journey to help manage the pain and inflammation from 2 autoimmune conditions. In the last 6 weeks I’ve been completely pain free for the first time in YEARS. I’m worried that a treatment gap will set me back and pain will return. Ugh.

I was just wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on timelines.

Has anyone that bought Hyalo from Rift heard back from them? I see many of tele health posts that they are replacing the Hyalo vials, never heard back from rift.

So with the recent floater-gate, I asked in a couple forums whether some processes could be put into place as it relates to CoA certificates being published. I got no response (possibly because of the fire storm). So here me out...

The easiest pitch to a pharmacy is "verified transparency" marketing for them. A QR code on the vial label could link to that lot's CoA. Now, I just placed my first order with Rift, and like most patients I assume, my first question was what's actually going to be in the vial. For these 503 A's and 503 B's from what I hear, every compounded batch is supposed to be tested for potency, sterility and endotoxin, with the results on a Certificate of Analysis tied to the lot number. Right now, seeing that document usually means emailing the pharmacy and waiting. I really believe that telehealth companies like Join Big Easy, Join Rift, and Trillium can fix this, and I think the first ones that do will win a lot of patients! The idea is simple: a QR code printed on the label that encodes the lot number. The patient scans it and instantly sees that exact batch's CoA. No email, no phone call, no guessing whether the PDF matches their vial, etc….

Now I am not a programmer, just a cyber security guy but in my mind there are a few ways to build it. Pharmacies could put a lot-lookup system in place and print the code at labeling. This seems like the easiest because they have to already have this data stored in a system, specifically for tracking so they could just create a front end that accepts the request and output that data. Or the telehealth company could use the B2B connection it already has with each partner pharmacy to pull every batch CoA automatically as the lot ships. That second option is the strongest IMO, a telehealth that works with three or four pharmacies collects every CoA and hosts them in one place, so patients have a single portal for every lot no matter which pharmacy filled it. Either way, it's the best marketing a compounded program can buy, because Verified Transparency can't be faked. Any site can say "pharmacy-grade" or "rigorously tested." Only a company that actually tests can let patients scan a vial and see the lab report. Pharmacies that test properly already pay for these reports, so publishing them turns a cost they already carry into a trust signal their competitors can't match.

Brand-name programs like LillyDirect give patients that confidence by default. Compounded programs can earn it by being open, and the first telehealth to do it gets to say so on every label. I mean, how hard would it be for them to update their software to add a QR code on the label or on the top (Hallandale has space galore) 😂.

Since the recent events, I'm advocating for this as a new compounding patient and demand is what will make it happen so if you agree and don't want to deal with the flashlight test on clear AND amber vials and wonder what the potency is, sound off here and give me your thoughts.

Is it normal to only have one option for the pharmacy?

I didn't have any issues with boudreaux other than taking a little bit to ship. Are they still an option?

So this is my first week to inject. I'll be going on vacation in a few weeks and I'll need to bring a vial and accessories. I'm curious what fun stuff you guys use to store your alcohol pads, syringes, and vials in the fridge. What fun insulated travel case do you use? I've been all over Amazon and everything looks so boring.

Like a lot of people in our communities tonight I saw many of the earlier posts about finding floaters or particulate in their Hyalo vials. As soon as I got home from work I checked the 3 I had ordered (had not gotten through my previous order so they had remained sealed) and sure enough I found fine particulate when I swirled the bottles around a bit.

I reached out through email, but then decided it might be better to contact through the patient portal. I received a response faster than I expected and was offered a $499 credit to my account so I could start a new intake and select a different pharmacy.

I just wanted to make this post to give kudos to the Rift team for their response on this matter!
