Sermorelin

Once again Rift hits a home run. I ordered Sermorelin yesterday morning, was approved minutes later and sent to the pharmacy. By the afternoon a shipping label was created and it's already been delivered. Roughly 36 hours from ordered to delivered and it shipped from Florida to Oregon. Came super well packaged with each vial in an individual rx bottle and all 3 were in a bubble wrap bag. Those were inside a kangaroo mailer with 2 icepacks. Plenty of syringes and alcohol wipes were included too.

Great customer service

I tried Rift recently. The pharmacy sent me one vial to use for 12 weeks. I messaged Rift support about it after seeing them state they follow the "28 day rule" and they responded 9 minutes later (after typical business hours). They were very courteous in their messaging and took care of everything. The pharmacy shipped out the replacement the following day. It couldn't have been easier. I would highly recommend Rift.

Afterpay Support?

Does Rift not accept afterpay for certain pharmacies or orders? Just checking, or this may be a bug as this popped up when I tried to use afterpay.

Dr approval

I did the trial for Sermorelin with Rift.

I've got some heart issues, nothing major but potentially so.

The Dr . denied me without my PCP or cardiologist OK.

Guess what??

I didn't get pissed off .

THESE ARE MEDICATIONS! And we need to be informed, cautious and accepting is something isn't right for us.

I contacted my cardio, he said "I don't have a problem with it"

And I got approved.

I appreciate the effort to not just approved willy nilly but to involve one of my Drs who know a more detailed history.

Thanks Dr Fisher.

Rift Approval?

I just received an email from Rift stating my order was incomplete. However I had placed an order for 3 months of tirzepatide 15 mg with Apothecary on May 11, and I thought it went through. My card was charged. Do I need to do anything further?

Rift Update: Referral Program Coming Soon + Please Slow Down and Carefully Read Your Intakes

Just wanted to share two quick updates with everyone.

Referral Program Coming Soon
We’re currently working on launching a referral program for Rift. The goal is to make it simple and straightforward for patients to refer friends and family while keeping everything compliant and organized.

We’ll share full details once everything is finalized, including how credits/rewards will work and any eligibility requirements. Please note that due to Florida regulations, Florida residents are not eligible for the referral program.

Please Slow Down and Carefully Read Your Intakes
We’ve recently had a major increase in patients selecting incorrect intake options because they’re rushing through the forms too quickly.

Please slow down and carefully review your selections before checkout, especially:
• Dose selection (increase / stay at current dose / decrease)
• Pharmacy selection
• Program length
• Shipping information
• Uploaded prescription proof

A lot of issues we’re seeing right now are coming from patients selecting “stay at current dose” when they actually intended to increase their dose, or selecting the wrong options during checkout and only noticing after checkout.

If you want the independent licensed provider reviewing your intake to evaluate you for a titration/increase, you must select “increase dose” during your intake. If you select “stay at current dose,” your prescription will generally be reviewed based on maintaining your current dose selection.

The intake also contains pages explaining important program information and policies, including:
• Order review and fulfillment policies
• Shipping and temperature policies
• Auto-renewal information
• Program terms and expectations

Taking an extra minute to carefully review your intake helps prevent delays, confusion, fulfillment issues, and incorrect prescriptions being submitted.

Once checkout is completed, your intake is immediately submitted for provider review and fulfillment processing, so changes may not always be possible afterward.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as Rift continues growing and improving.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Prescription products require an online consultation with an independent licensed healthcare provider, who will determine whether treatment is appropriate. Use only as prescribed by your licensed healthcare provider. Results are not guaranteed, and individual results may vary. Rift is not a pharmacy.

Now I hope Olympia ships fast, my anticipation is killing me. 😬 See all you beautiful people on Reddit! 🫡

Just ordered!!! But I need help

I just ordered tirzepatide 3 month supply Hallandale. The thing is, now when the medicine arrives I don’t know what to do.

Will it come with instructions on
-when to inject, (like what day, like May 20 and June 20 )
-what dose to inject, (like what dose to start with)
-how to inject, (how to use the syringe and needle)
-where on body to inject (what subcutaneous parts)
-when to increase dose (increase in may June July etc)

And so on?

NAD+

If I order the 3 month plan, am I guaranteed 3x 1000mg vials? (3x 100mg/ml 10ml)

No matter what the doctor prescribes?

My outstanding first Rift experience!

I’m a Hallandale lady, started with them initially, their meds have worked amazingly well for me thus far. 💙 Currently on 10 mg. Placed my first order with Rift on Saturday 5/16. Uploaded RX photo, asked to titrate up, Dr approved, I paid and order sent to pharmacy by Saturday early afternoon. FedEx label printed yesterday, Monday afternoon, Fed Ex picked up yesterday early evening, left Ft Lauderdale via Memphis, departed Memphis @ 5:30 am TODAY, And arrived on my doorstep @ 10:50am! (I am on the SE GA coast. ) Fantastic overnight delivery, ice packs still frozen solid, all supplies included, syringes, wipes… and I was also very pleased to see Rift accepts Apple Pay!

You all have made this the least stressful & best bang for the buck $$$ Tirz purchase I have ever made! —- especially with the constantly changing landscape in the GLP1 world.

I truly appreciate your openness & straightforward communication & follow through!
Top Tier experience! No need to look elsewhere. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thank You!

Titration schedule?

I have my first quarterly shipment in hand of the lowest 2.5mg dose. Looking at my account, my dosage shows that I'm supposed to be staying with 2.5mg weekly through the entire quarter. However, I thought I was supposed to titrate up every four-ish weeks. Do I need to check in with the doctor through the portal to have that updated, do I do it on my own? I'm very new to this - thanks in advance!

Sermorelin Pilot Program ✈️

Would 1000% recommend. Quick intake, approval, and delivery. Communication is ON POINT. You will know via text/email when your order is approved, when it goes to pharmacy, when it ships, when the package moves 1 feet. I love constant updates so waa thrilled to see this

5/19 12 pm update- delivery scheduled for tomorrow!!!!!!

5/20 1 pm - DELIVERED. Ice packs still frozen, medicine cold. It came with one million trillion needles and alcohol wipes!!!

Timeline

5/18 3:27 pm - filled out intake form

5/18 3:34 pm - PRESCRIBED. Yes it happened that quickly.

5/18 3:37 pm - sent to pharmacy (within ten mins of my intake being submitted, insane!)

5/19 10:50 am - shipping label created!

Communication

Communication has been on point. I love constant updates so I appreciate the texts/emails!

I received a text and email when my intake was submitted.

Another update when the doctor messaged me saying I was approved. The portal then showed it was sent to pharmacy at this stage.

An update confirming payment processed.

And then an update saying a shipping label was created!

No need to check your dashboard constantly since communication is great (although I am excited and still checked a lot haha)

Order cancelled due to pharmacy

Trying to get started on this went with rift and apothecary. Went through the extremely easy process and got prescribed. Today was day nine with no update. Caved and messaged the support team and they informed me that apothecary is no longer supplying the starter dosage of 2.5. And that I should message big easy or Hallandale.

Starting dose 5mg?

I helped my friend (who’s not on Reddit) sign up for the starter pack with Rift. I’m an experienced tirzer, but I’d never used Rift before. I told her to go with them because so many people here recommend them, and she wanted the 3-vial / 3-month starter pack, which my current provider doesn’t offer for lower doses (I'm with one of those companies tht make you use one vial for 3 months, if you're on a lower dose)

After a two week wait she received her Apothecary vials, and did her first injection yesterday following the directions that came with it. I only then looked at a photo of her vials and asked her to confirm how much she had injected. It was 28 units, which works out to 5mg. All 3 of her starter vials say to inject 0.28mL / 28 units, and the concentration is 18mg/mL.

I honestly freaked out a little when I realized she injected 5mg for her very first dose, especially because this wasn’t a measuring mistake, that’s how Rift prescribed it.

I checked in with her today and she’s having a lot of abdominal discomfort and is in the bathroom all morning. I’m really hoping this is the worst of it for her!! At this point, I’ll definitely be advising her to do 2.5mg next week regardless of what the prescription instructions say. I feel so bad I didn't catch this before she poked.

Is this something providers are doing now? We definitely marked her as brand new and purchasing the starter pack when filling out the forms.

Will it fit?

Hi everyone I’m ordering the three month supply from joinrift for $500. The issue is, I don’t want my family to see or take my GLP one. So I going to purchase a refrigerated lockbox for my medicine. Will all the bottles needles syringes etc fit in this lockbox from Amazon?
