Hello all! I’m very excited to say I have officially joined Rift!! Long story short, about a year ago I was on Semaglutide (from another company) and it didn’t work out and had to stop taking it. Now that I’m joining Rift, I’ve decided to try Tirzepatide!! I’m hoping that it works out better for me! I’m very excited to restart my weight loss journey!!! I have PCOS so it’s very easy for me to join weight and very hard for me to lose weight (there were some life factors also due to my weight gain) anywho, I write all this just because I’m so excited and wanted somewhere to express it with a community who would understand! Thank you all for your time :))
5’6 and starting at 205 lbs (went with Hyalo)
Edit: forgot to say I’ve already had a positive experience with support as well! There’s been a glitch about not completing assignments and they immediately messaged me back and reassured me I was good to go!
Submitted all the necessary forms yesterday... 4 hours later it was approved
Today I received FedEx shipping information that it's arriving tomorrow
Hi everyone! Starting tomorrow, the pharmacy ( NewLife ) has agreed to fulfill all orders with Hyalo only.
Just a reminder regarding BUDs: BUDs are always “up to” the pharmacy’s stated maximum. We cannot promise or guarantee a specific BUD. The medication dispensed will have a BUD that is appropriate for the duration of your prescription.
Please keep this in mind when placing your order!
BEWL just confirmed that they will be replacing all Apothecary orders with Hyalo starting from today!!!
Hungryghost do the same so I can send you $$$!!!
Paging u/hungryghost09
Hi! Im looking into making the switch from Zepbound through Ro to a Trizepatide Compound through Rift (I'm sure you can guess why).
I'm looking at going through Apothocary/Hyalo Pharma for compounded with no additives.
I've been on 2.5mg of zep since May 28th of this year (so about 12 weeks). I have 4 doses left and would like to move up to 5mg after this, BUT I would probably like to stay at 5 mg for at least another 2 months and maybe would go up for the third month. But all subject to change depending on how I'm feeling.
My understanding is the $499 payment will provide 3 vials (one vial per month?). I have three questions..
Disclaimer : Apologies if these are dumb questions. I've been spoiled with a kwikpen so far and have zero understanding of how the vials work. Thank you!
My current vial from Empower is 17mg/2ml
I currently take 10 units which is 1.7mg
What does Apothecary come in?
Does anyone have updates on whether Apocothery is still sending out stock, or if they've completely transitioned over to Hyalo yet?
I know we can't specify that we want Hyalo yet, but just wondering if people have ordered and received Hyalo, or if anyone has received Apocothery this week.
Hello! I’m interested in becoming a new customer. I reached out to support but haven’t heard back yet. Does anyone know the typical response time? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Is anyone taking glp-1 for inflammation only?
Would getting approved from Rift or any sites for inflammation be easy or possible?
I am glp-1 now for inflammation and am looking for more affordable options
Anyone know if Apothecary has run out and if Hyalo has replaced them?
Three months ago I posted how I got to go on the slides for the first time in over a decade. Now, I just finished a ropes course, I literally walked a plank over a 12 story cruise ship!! I still am working on my goal weight but the idea that I could even think of trying this is crazy !! I put in a picture from a year ago so you can see the difference. I started on. Semiglutide, but Kaiser dropped me because I plateaued, but now I am on Tirzepetide and it is rocking, slow and steady is my motto.
1st timer! Ordered Sunday 830p w Hallendale... approved late Sunday night, shipped Monday 11a just arrived 2p Tuesday! Perfect. Thank you Rift
I see Nova offers it with b6 or b12
How does either one affect the medication and results?
First-time JoinRift customer — frustrated with their clinical staff
I’m a first-time customer with JoinRift, and unfortunately my first experience with their clinical staff has been extremely frustrating.
I received compounded tirzepatide with a prescription label instructing me to inject 83 units (0.83 mL) once weekly for a 15 mg dose. The problem is that the syringes they provided are marked in 2-unit increments, so there is no line for exactly 83 units.
I contacted the clinical staff with a very simple question: How am I supposed to accurately measure 83 units with the syringes they provided? Do I measure halfway between 82 and 84, or should I have been provided with a different syringe?
Instead of answering my question, a clinical staff member told me to “follow the instructions sent from the pharmacy to the best measurement available.”
I explained again that I did not receive any additional pharmacy instructions. All I received were my medication with the prescription label and the syringes. I even uploaded photos clearly showing the 83-unit prescription and the 2-unit syringe markings.
Another member of the clinical staff responded by simply repeating that my label says to inject 83 units and telling me to follow the pharmacy instructions.
That is exactly why I contacted the clinical staff in the first place. I KNOW my prescription says 83 units. I’m asking how I’m supposed to accurately measure 83 units when the syringes they provided do not have an 83-unit marking.
At this point, I genuinely started wondering whether I was communicating with actual clinical staff or receiving automated responses because my actual question kept being ignored.
I also asked for clarification about the three 4 mL vials I received and whether each vial is intended to be used for approximately one month since I purchased a three-month supply. I wanted to know when I should start a new vial and how long an opened vial should be used. That question wasn’t addressed either.
What concerns me most is that this is a medication dosing question being directed to clinical staff. I’m not asking a general customer-service question about billing or shipping. I’m trying to make sure I administer the medication they prescribed correctly and safely, and I should not have to repeatedly explain the same question just to get a clear answer.
If a clinical staff member cannot answer the question, I would much rather be told that and have my question escalated to the prescribing provider or pharmacist instead of repeatedly being told to follow the same label that prompted my question in the first place.
As a first-time JoinRift customer, this has been a very frustrating and concerning introduction to their clinical care.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with JoinRift’s clinical staff?
Hi i used my last vial of my prescription and I wanna start as a new customer joinrift. Can I upload a picture of the prescription within the patient portal of my doctors website if I don’t have access to the actual pen?
Hey, I have restarted doing triz. last year I was on pomo health BPI and I have gone up to the 3rd month dosage which I had lost around 10 kg from 92kg to 82, but I had to stop for about 2 month which now I am back to 88kg. I have started rift's triz about 6 weeks ago, yet I am not seeing a single weight loss. What should I do about it would it be better to change the pharmacy? stop the medication? any advice? is it normal to not see as much as weight loss after restarting?
Hi all. 1st timer with Rift🙋♀️ what company are you getting product from Hallendale shipped to you through? UPS, FedEx, USPS... I have accounts for all just wanted to be be on the look out for it.
Hi everyone,
I live in a state that requires a phone or video consultation with the doctor before I can get the prescription. I submitted my order last Friday, August 14th and still haven’t heard from a provider. Anyone else have a similar experience? How long did it take for the dr to reach out?
Nervously excited 😆
