Which pharmacy would you go with?

Deleted last poll since I realized after posting that since I'm in Massachusetts I can only get DC and Nova.

Which pharmacy would you go with?

After this Hyalo and Health Wealth debacle, which one is top tier in your opinion? These are my options. Thanks!

Split dosing

I saw a post recently that said they split their dose and it intrigued me.

I'm prescribed 15 mg (actually 13.5 rn to ease on up from Zep 12.5, this past Friday was the second shot ay 13.5) and I've been having some side effects. Headache, gastric discomfort, same old same old. Not as bad as it used to be when I'd go a full dose up on Zep buuut, when I saw this split dose thing mentioned...got me thinking. Would it help ease side effects while still being effective? Would it help keep the food noise away more consistently?

So those of you at higher mgs who split their dosing, please tell me mooore. Benefits, draw backs, what works or what didn't work for you, etc. Everything please. Thank you!

Canisters

Just got my first order! With 3 canisters and wondering what to do with them! Is there a way to ship them back to the company? I feel bad throwing them away. I don't have a use for them at all and they're kinda banged up so it seems they were used before? So makes me think maybe they can be sent back.

I like the little stick ice packs that came in them, I can use them. But those canisters...I dk! I need ideas.

Editing to add: I'm on 15mg and have tons of reusable cups, a travel case, and a vial fridge case. These things won't be staying with me :)

Just signed up! Just one quick question...

So I'm pending doc eval and approval. But I saw this and not sure what to make of it

What does that "includes 1 month supply" mean? Cause I see the 3 vials there at the bottom, I assume, one for each month. But that "includes 1 month supply" is really throwing me off.

Please explain

I've searched many subs, Google, looked into the pinned posts, and tried my best to look up others questions to see if I can get the info I need before making my own post. But, alas, here we are. I need it broken down.

I'm on Zepbound 12.5mg/0.5mL.

My insurance stopped covering it and now I'm looking into compound.

What is messing me up is, do different pharmacies/companies use vastly different mg concentrations in their same mL vials? I'll be needing 15mg and I can't wrap my head around how to get that mg along with what pharmacy/company to use.

Even using the Fat Scientist calculator, my brain isn't making sense of it.

I know this comes very easy for people to understand but not me.

Also. I'm torn between Rift and Trillium.

Do they stay the same price each month and do they go up in price as you titrate up?

So many variables it's mind boggling.
