I know this is redundant…

I know these posts are coming in left and right. I apologize for adding to the chaos. But are these floaters? I included the lot number on the vial. I’ve reached out to new life and rift but I haven’t heard anything back just yet. I imagine they are experiencing mass amounts of messages and calls.

I’m still new to this journey and have only ever been on Prorx. I have a few shots left and was expecting to start Hyalo in a few weeks.

First Outfit in my Correct Size!

I have been avoiding trying on clothes in any smaller sizes. I honestly think it’s just been out of fear and body dysmorphia. I have an event tomorrow and knew I needed something that fits properly. This entire outfit is an xl! I haven’t been in xl since I was a child. Wearing clothes that actually fit has allowed me to see what is really hiding under all those big, baggy clothes. I’m actually excited now to get a new fall wardrobe! Moral of the story: if you are in the same boat as me, just try on that smaller size. You’ll be so surprised and glad you did! 💛

A Summer Day Win

Another win! I have been absolutely terrified to buy clothes in smaller sizes. I have a swim party this weekend and I knew I had to get a new swim suit. I searched and searched and settled on this one! Reviews said to size up but any bigger than an xl would take longer to come in. I just went with it and got an xl and it fits! I went from a 3x to xl in three months!

I feel like i’m in a dream!

I can’t count the number of times I stepped on and off the scale to ensure I was accurately reading the number. It’s been a long time since my weight began with a one. Since starting my journey in March, I’ve lost almost 40 pounds. Some days have been easier than others, but I believe my biggest struggle right now is body dysmorphia. In my early 20s (I’ll be 27 this year), I weighed 200 pounds. Looking at my body now and then, I can’t see a difference or understand why I don’t look like that. I try to remind myself that I’ve aged and that this body, with all its imperfections, has given me two beautiful babies. I’m 29 pounds away from my first major goal, and from there, I hope to lose another 30 pounds to achieve a healthy BMI. I’m incredibly grateful for this medication!
