Going From Apothecary to Hyalo Starting Tomorrow!

Hi everyone! Starting tomorrow, the pharmacy ( NewLife ) has agreed to fulfill all orders with Hyalo only.

Just a reminder regarding BUDs: BUDs are always “up to” the pharmacy’s stated maximum. We cannot promise or guarantee a specific BUD. The medication dispensed will have a BUD that is appropriate for the duration of your prescription.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order!

Update: NewLife (Apothecary/Hyalo) and where we go from here.

Hi everyone,

So, the update everyone’s been waiting for: Apothecary is on its way out and Hyalo is coming in.

There is still a couple weeks’ worth of Apothecary inventory remaining (this may change depending on order volume), so this is not an immediate switch. As that inventory is used up, orders will begin transitioning over to Hyalo. During this period, orders may be fulfilled by either Apothecary or Hyalo depending on available inventory. We don’t know exactly when the full switch will happen, and unfortunately we have no control over which one is used.

Before anyone panics: THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY PENDING ORDERS MADE TODAY OR EARLIER. This change applies to orders starting August 13, 2026. All currently pending orders will continue processing as requested.

Starting August 13, please do not message us requesting Apothecary over Hyalo or Hyalo over Apothecary. We cannot accommodate pharmacy preference between the two because fulfillment will depend on available inventory.

The same applies to BUDs. We cannot promise a specific BUD beyond ensuring that what is dispensed appropriately covers your prescribed treatment duration.

We know a lot of you have been waiting for clarity on what happens after Apothecary, so we wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible before the transition begins.

A Quick Clarification About Rift: We're Not Affiliated With Anyone

Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a quick post because I get a lot of DMs, tags, and questions about this.

Rift is its own independent company. We're not affiliated with, owned by, or a subsidiary of any other telehealth company. We're also not backed by venture capital or private equity, and we do not, and never have, claimed to be affiliated with any other company.

If you've received texts or emails that made it seem otherwise, it's probably because we use the same backend platform as many other telehealth companies, and those transactional notifications are sent through that same platform. Sharing the same platform doesn't mean the companies are affiliated.

At the end of the day, we're just a small independent team trying to build something we're proud of. We genuinely appreciate everyone who's trusted us and supported us along the way.

If you've used Rift, we'd love your review!

Hi everyone!

A lot of you have asked where you can leave us a review, and we truly appreciate that more than you know.

As Rift continues to grow, one of the biggest things that helps future patients is hearing directly from people who've actually used us.

If you've had an experience with Rift, we'd really appreciate it if you could leave us an honest review on Trustpilot. Whether your experience was amazing or you have feedback on how we can improve, we genuinely read every review and use your feedback to make Rift better.

Your review helps future patients feel more confident, helps us continue improving, and supports the growth of this community.

Seeing "1 Month Supply" on Your Quarterly (12-Week) Non-Renewing Plan? Don't Panic. It's Just a Portal Display Quirk Specific to Non-Renewing Plans.

Hey Everyone ! We've noticed some confusion about this and have gotten a lot of messages in the portal regarding this, so we wanted to clear it up.

Currently, this is something patients may see with our Apothecary and Nova fulfillment options, as those are our non-renewing plans.

If you purchased a 1-month plan, this post does NOT apply to you. This information is only for patients who purchased the Quarterly (12-Week) non-renewing plan.

If you purchased the Quarterly (12-Week) Non-Renewing Plan and your patient portal shows "1 month supply," don't worry.

This is simply a visual quirk of the patient portal for non-renewing plans. You're still receiving your full Quarterly (12-week) supply.

You can verify you're receiving 3 vials in several places throughout the patient portal:

Home → Under My Treatments, you'll see your treatment listed with 3 vials.

PaymentsThis is where most of the confusion comes from. The payment summary may show "1 month supply." Open that payment and you'll see Quantity (QTY): 3 vials in the payment details.

Shipments → Open your shipment and select View Item Details. Under Quantity (QTY) you'll see 3 vials.

Treatments → Under Active Treatments (or Pending if you haven't been approved yet), you'll also see 3 vials listed.

Hope you're all having a fun and safe July 4th holiday weekend! 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Holiday Reminder: Rift & Partner Pharmacies Closed July 3 Through the July 4 Holiday Weekend

Hi everyone !

Just a friendly reminder that Rift and our partner pharmacies will be closed beginning July 3rd and throughout the July 4th holiday weekend. The hardworking pharmacy teams, independent provider groups, platform teams, and the Rift squad will all be taking some well-deserved time off with their families.

Because of the holiday, support will be extremely limited, and provider reviews, pharmacy processing, and shipments may take a little longer than usual. We'll resume normal operations as soon as everyone returns on Monday.

If you're planning to place an order over the holiday, please keep in mind:

Orders are final once submitted and cannot be canceled after checkout.
Pharmacy processing times are 1-10 business days after your order is sent to the pharmacy. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. This processing timeline is disclosed throughout the intake process and is also included in your order confirmation email and text messages.
Please review the temperature consent during the intake process before placing your order. It explains how medications are packaged, shipped, and handled during transit.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while everyone enjoys some well-earned time with their families. Thank you for being part of the Rift community, and we wish everyone a safe, happy, and relaxing July 4th weekend! 🇺🇸

Rift Update: Fourth of July Weekend Shipping Notice

Hey everyone!

Just a quick heads up as we head into the Fourth of July weekend.

Please remember that the pharmacies do not operate on holidays or weekends. Because of this, provider review, pharmacy processing, and carrier operations may be impacted around the holiday.

Also, please remember that the 1-10 business day pharmacy processing timeline is still in effect. Every pharmacy may experience different processing times from week to week depending on order volume and operational factors. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days toward that timeline.

We also STRONGLY recommend creating UPS and FedEx accounts and downloading their apps so you'll receive notifications as soon as your pharmacy creates a shipping label. The apps also allow you to manage your delivery, including having your package held at a local carrier location for pickup if needed.

We appreciate everyone's patience during the holiday and hope you all have a safe and happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

Common Questions We've Been Getting in the Patient Portal

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to provide some answers to common questions we've been receiving through email and the patient portal, as I can see where some confusion is coming from.

When will my order ship?

Answer: 3–10 business days. It can be sooner, but in the meantime please create accounts with FedEx and UPS and download their apps so you're notified the moment a shipping label is created.

I ordered a 3-month plan and paid $499 for Apothecary or Nova, but the portal is showing it as a 1-month plan. Is that correct?

Answer: We've been getting this question a lot. It's due to the one time purchase plans that dont auto-renew. If you paid $499 for Nova or Apothecary, you purchased a quarterly (12-week) plan.

The portal display can be confusing because these are one-time purchases and the system may incorrectly display them as a 1-month plan. This is simply a visual issue and does not affect your order.

You can also verify this by going to Shipments and selecting Details, which will show the shipment information and quantity being shipped.

I ordered a quarterly plan and only received one vial. Is that right? Do you ship month-to-month?

Answer: No. Quarterly plans should ship with all prescribed vials upfront. If you only received one vial, please contact us through the patient portal so we can look into it.

Why does my next billing date look earlier than exactly 3 months (12 weeks)?

Answer: Our quarterly plans are 12-week treatment plans. Renewal dates are scheduled slightly before treatment runs out to allow time for provider review, pharmacy processing, and shipping. This helps ensure you're not left without treatment while waiting for your next shipment.

You can also pause, delay, cancel, or turn off auto-renew at any time through the patient portal before your renewal date.

Are Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm working for non-renewing plans?

Answer: No, We're still experiencing issues with one-time purchases that do not auto-renew. Auto-renewing plans are not affected and should display all available payment options. There are workarounds for this below

Pro tip: Some patients have reported success by checking out with Apple Pay and then selecting Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm through Apple Pay to complete the transaction. You'll need to use Safari for Apple Pay to appear at checkout. Another option is creating a virtual card from these apps and entering that at checkout.

Rift Alert: Longevity & Wellness Update | New Pilot Programs Launching This Week

Hi everyone,

We're excited to share that we're launching a Lipo+ Pilot Program and a Lipo-Mino-Mix-C Pilot Program this week, with more details including pricing coming soon.

First things first, based on a lot of requests, we're bringing back Lipo+ ! ( pilot program then full launch after making sure everything goes smoothly)

Please note that Lipo+ will not be offered as a bundle like it was previously. There were some pricing and configuration issues with the original bundle offering. We honored all existing orders, but the program will return as a standalone option moving forward. If we ever do offer it as a bundle again the price will be different.

The pilot programs launching this week include:

• Lipo+
• Lipo-Mino-Mix-C (10mL and 30mL options)

We're also working on additional Longevity & Wellness offerings, including:

• Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) Injections
• MICC Injections

All medications will be compounded by Olympia Pharmacy and fulfilled through Pharmacy Hub.

Availability:
• Available in all 50 states
• Not available in Puerto Rico

Additional details, pricing, and program information will be announced soon.

Important: Compounded medications are prescription medications and require review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a prescription.

Rift Sunday Updates: New Nova B12 Option + Apothecary Added to Main Intake

Hi everyone!

A few Sunday updates from Rift:

New Nova B12 Formulation Available

Nova's compounded (GLP-1/GIP) + methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) formulation is now available in addition to their existing B6 formulation. The BUD is UP to 180 days

Concentration: 17mg Tirzepatide / 2mg Methylcobalamin per mL

Before You Checkout

Please remember that all orders are final. Take your time during intake, review your selections carefully, and make sure you're choosing the correct treatment plan before submitting your order.

This is our new updated intake link and includes:

  • Nova's new B12 formulation option
  • Apothecary integrated into the main intake
  • ZIP code routing improvements
  • New intake confirmation pages

Get started here: https://start.joinrift.com/start-online-visit/xmh68

Please note: Some of our older intake links are still online while we monitor the new ZIP code routing system. Those links will continue to work, but they may not include Nova's new B12 formulation option or the latest intake improvements.

Apothecary Added to Main Intake

We've added Apothecary directly to the main intake process to make pharmacy selection easier and reduce confusion during checkout.

Please note that due to the current landscape surrounding compounded GLP-1 fulfillment, Apothecary and Nova are currently the only options in our intake that do not auto-renew.

New Intake Confirmation Page

We've added a new "Let's Double Check" page during intake.

When you select Compounded GLP-1 or Compounded GLP-1/GIP treatment, you'll now receive an additional confirmation screen before proceeding. This is designed to help ensure you're requesting the correct treatment program before checkout.

Improved State Routing

We've added ZIP code routing to automatically hide pharmacy options that cannot serve your state.

For example, patients in California should no longer see Hallandale or Nova as available options since those pharmacies cannot currently fulfill there.

This should help reduce confusion and prevent patients from selecting options that are unavailable in their state.

Klarna / Affirm / Afterpay Update:

Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay continue to experience issues with certain one-time purchase programs. Engineering is still looking into this

Auto-renew plans with Hallandale and Boudreaux remain unaffected and continue to work normally.

As a reminder, Hallandale and Boudreaux plans do auto-renew unless canceled. This is disclosed during intake and on the website, but we wanted to provide an additional reminder here.

What we’re aiming for with Rift is pretty simple:
Honest pricing, real support, and care that actually fits your life. That’s the Rift.

As always:
• Provider review and prescription required
• Independent licensed providers determine eligibility
• Orders are final once submitted after checkout, so please review your intake carefully before placing your order

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Prescription products require an online consultation with an independent licensed healthcare provider, who will determine whether treatment is appropriate. Use only as prescribed by your licensed healthcare provider. Results are not guaranteed, and individual results may vary. Rift is not a pharmacy.
