Just wanted to share two quick updates with everyone.

Referral Program Coming Soon
We’re currently working on launching a referral program for Rift. The goal is to make it simple and straightforward for patients to refer friends and family while keeping everything compliant and organized.

We’ll share full details once everything is finalized, including how credits/rewards will work and any eligibility requirements. Please note that due to Florida regulations, Florida residents are not eligible for the referral program.

Please Slow Down and Carefully Read Your Intakes
We’ve recently had a major increase in patients selecting incorrect intake options because they’re rushing through the forms too quickly.

Please slow down and carefully review your selections before checkout, especially:
• Dose selection (increase / stay at current dose / decrease)
• Pharmacy selection
• Program length
• Shipping information
• Uploaded prescription proof

A lot of issues we’re seeing right now are coming from patients selecting “stay at current dose” when they actually intended to increase their dose, or selecting the wrong options during checkout and only noticing after checkout.

If you want the independent licensed provider reviewing your intake to evaluate you for a titration/increase, you must select “increase dose” during your intake. If you select “stay at current dose,” your prescription will generally be reviewed based on maintaining your current dose selection.

The intake also contains pages explaining important program information and policies, including:
• Order review and fulfillment policies
• Shipping and temperature policies
• Auto-renewal information
• Program terms and expectations

Taking an extra minute to carefully review your intake helps prevent delays, confusion, fulfillment issues, and incorrect prescriptions being submitted.

Once checkout is completed, your intake is immediately submitted for provider review and fulfillment processing, so changes may not always be possible afterward.

Hi everyone,

Due to continued inventory strain and increased order volume at the pharmacy, we are now setting expectations at 10-14 business days for fulfillment through this option. We’ve updated both our website and intake flow to reflect this so no one is caught off guard before ordering.

We’ve also added warnings throughout the intake clarifying that patients on starter doses, or those looking to just begin treatment, will not be able to use this fulfillment option right now. This is because the pharmacy currently does not have the vial size needed for the lowest starter doses available. You can use Hallandale & Boudreaux instead.

While some orders may still be fulfilled sooner than this, we want to be fully transparent and set realistic expectations since we can no longer reliably guarantee the original 7-10 business day timeline and some recent orders have gone beyond that.

As of today, approximately 98% of orders placed through May 8th have either shipped or already been delivered. Only a small number of May 8th orders are still pending shipment and those are expected to go out next week.

For those whose April 30th orders were previously stuck, I personally messaged you your tracking information today as those orders finally began moving.

We know delays like this are frustrating and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while the pharmacy works through the backlog as quickly as possible.

We also currently have overnight shipping enabled where available, and we highly recommend creating carrier accounts with FedEx and UPS and download their apps so you can receive the most up-to-date tracking information as soon as a label is created.

Hi everyone, the pharmacy has currently run out of the 9mg/2mL (18mg total) vial sizes and does not currently expect them to return anytime soon. Unfortunately, this means patients on lower starter doses may not be able to use this fulfillment option if their prescription requires this specific vial size for fulfillment. Higher-dose prescriptions are generally not affected at this time.

We know this is frustrating and definitely not ideal. If you already placed an order with this pharmacy option, please message us through the patient portal so we can review your specific order and see what options may be available. For the fastest response, please use the portal instead of email, as portal messages are monitored much more closely throughout the day.

If you're new to the program and are looking for alternative fulfillment options, Hallandale Pharmacy and Boudreaux Pharmacy currently have better availability. Hallandale currently compounds without additives, while Boudreaux compounds with glycine.

Quick update here. NewLife Rx has let us know they’re currently out of the 72mg vials.

They’re expecting a new batch and plan to resume processing orders the week of 5/11 which is next Monday. This is within the 7-10 business day processing timeline for most recent orders.

In the meantime, they’ve given us the option to substitute your order with another 503B outsourcing facility that uses the same formulation & BUD. We’re not able to name the pharmacy as we've been asked not to.

This is completely optional, you’re more than welcome to wait for the next batch if that’s your preference.

If you’d like to request a substitution or have any questions, just send us a message through the patient portal so we can take care of it directly on your account. Please do not email us about your order its much easier for us to look you up directly in the patient portal.

There’s been a big surge in demand across telehealths, which has put some strain on inventory.

Hi everyone, we've recently learned that the shipping status for the pharmacy has not been updating from the pharmacy side to the portal side. This is intermittent and seems to be mainly happening with the new 50 state no additive option.

The best most reliable way is from the carrier themselves.

We recommend everyone create accounts with UPS/USPS/FedEx online and also download their respective apps to be able to see their deliveries from the moment the label is created to be able to track their entire delivery journey.

Hey everyone, quick update for those on the highest titration plans who had pending TPH/BPI orders.

Some of these orders were unfortunately unable to be fulfilled due to the pharmacy running out of stock for the 60mg vials. At this time, they are also unsure if additional inventory will be available due to the production shutdown. Rather than keep you waiting in limbo, we went ahead and canceled and refunded those orders to save you time during what we know was already a stressful situation.

At the moment, we are no longer offering TPH/BPI as a fulfillment option. Some providers may still have limited inventory/availability elsewhere, but we do not currently have access to it.

If you were affected, you should have already received a message from us in the patient portal with details.

We truly appreciate your patience and support, and we’re actively working on expanding fulfillment options so situations like this are minimized going forward.
