Today I tried to increase my tricep extension weight and struggled. Definitely had poor form after trying 5 reps. Nbd I just bumped the weight down a little.
BUT TELL ME WHY some man stopped me and said I needed to go lighter? I know I need to go lighter, I'm not an idiot. I just said yeah ok. And ignored him.
So I'm doing cardio and I watch some guy do tricep extensions with the worst form I've ever seen because he had it way too heavy. The tricep cop was right beside him and didn't say anything to him 🙄 wonder why

I went to the doctor in January and weighed in at 233. I'm 5'2 shorty so my BMI more than qualified for Zepbound. I asked for zepbound and insurance denied it 🙄Lost some weight through white knuckling and working out, but was doing so much work for so little.

Saw on the news today back to school shopping is more expensive than ever. Average spending is around $870 per kid this year. INSANE.

I am not a super responder and have lost 25 pounds since February. I feel like I see no difference when looking in the mirror and have sometimes felt like giving up.
But today iPhone showed me a montage of pictures from last year and I couldn't believe how different my face looks! Definitely take before pictures, I don't have many and I regret it!

Never in my life have I had to worry about cake going bad. I have a crazy sweet tooth and would eat cake for breakfast and dessert (and a snack) when it was in the house. Now that we have some in the house, I'm not even tempted by it and was worried it'll go stale.

Do they do zero research before having kids? I see parents complain all the time they have zero free time and alone time after kids. Uh yeah??? Did you think the baby would come able to take care of themselves? And able to pay for themselves? I get that having kids is stressful but most people chose this (with abortion bans some people sadly don't have a choice)
I brought this up to my friend the other day and they say I can't call out parents for complaining about their kids because I complain about my job. Tf??? I need a job to live and have health insurance. You do not need a kid to keep your house and have health insurance.
