I finally made it to One-derland!! I don’t know the last time I saw this number on the scale, but it’s easily been 15+ years. Starting weight 259, goal 165, 43F, 5’9”. So happy I found this community - my insurance only covers tirz for diabetes and compounded has been a godsend!

After reading this sub I inspected my recent (9/15) Hyalo order more carefully, and sure enough one vial was underfilled and all three had loose seals. The pharmacy agreed to replace them the same day I sent in a pic of the fill levels and a video of the loose seals. But they didn't say anything about what to do with the vials I have. When I asked, the telehealth (not BEWL) said "you could dispose of them". That seems ambiguous. Is the medicine safe? What would you do?
Scale says 27.3 since 7/19/26.

When picking South Carolina I see these prices. Obviously the first one that shows Apothecary is now Hyalo but are the prices correct? Should I wait before scheduling my intake for prices to get updated if so?
I have about 2 weeks left in my initial 3 month batch, and I need to refill. I've seen in earlier threads that I can request an "asynchronous" appointment through Healthie. Supposedly, I request a refill & to up my dosage in a form.
I thought that "asynchronous" would mean the "Follow up (No phone call)" session, but when I attempt that, the app is trying to make me make an appointment.
Do I need a phone call follow up? Do I just go with the no phone follow up and pick any date?
Please help!
Had to do some cross training to make up for some of the running. Taught 2 spinning classes and took 2 yoga classes, but felt great on my run today!
