Hi, I decided to join today. I’ve been on zepbound, but coverage was canceled July 1. I’ve entered all my info, uploaded DL and current Zepbound prescription and had to take the dreaded picture (lol) but it is saying “awaiting script”. What does that mean? Thank you!

Hey everyone, hope everyone had a happy 4th of July!

Over the last few weeks, we kept seeing the same type of questions come up over and over in here: When does my order ship? My vials showed up warm. Are they okay? How do refills work? What's included in the shipment? What's the price of the 3-month plan?

These are all valid questions, but they've all been answered many, many times in the sub. So we set up AutoMod (Reddit's built-in bot) to jump in when it spots one of those common questions and reply right away with the relevant info. When someone posts, if it recognizes what they're asking, we'll see a pinned comment at the top of your thread. Reddit sometimes folds those comments, so tap to expand them if they look collapsed. I'm hoping these start showing up open automatically soon.

A few things to keep in mind:

• It's a bot that handles the common operational questions only.
• Anything about a dose or side effects should still be directed to the medical team in the patient portal. A bot (or admin team!) has no business answering that.
• Anything about a specific order, billing, refills, a warm shipment, or any other non-medical question goes to us by email at support@joinolahealth.com. Include just your name and order number, nothing else, so your privacy stays intact.

If y'all ever see the bot giving an answer that seems off, wrong, or out of date, please tell us. Either reply right here on this post so we see it in one place (and other folks can chime in too), or email us at hello@joinolahealth.com. We'll fix it as quickly as we can.

I just placed my first order, but forgot that things would likely be closed Friday in observance of the holiday. Unfortunately, I suspect this would mean my package would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday (its status is awaiting shipment), but I work in the office those days and won’t be able to refrigerate the delivery right away.

Will the delivery be okay left out until I get home; and if not, is there a way I can coordinate to postpone the ship date for it to be more likely to deliver on Friday?

Super excited to start this journey—just wish that excitement hadn’t clouded my ability to plan ahead!

One of my favorite healthy swaps is making mac & cheese with blended cottage cheese instead of milk (extra protein), and finely grated zucchini mixed into the sauce (adds fiber and basically disappears once it’s cooked). We still get creamy, cheesy mac & cheese, but with a little extra nutrition packed in.

Hello, Ola health was recommended after doing some research on a tirzepetide sub. People reported doing a 3-Month deal for $349 I believe? When I go on the site, it only gives me an option for a 1 month supply at $149. Am I doing something wrong or is there a code needed?

I see that I can start a 3 month regimen of Tirzepatide for $349. What I am unsure on is pricing after that initial 3 months. Is it locked at $349 for every 3 months thereafter? Or is it on a sliding scale with pricing increasing as dosing does? Also, is 3 month pricing the only option? Or is there a monthly or annual option? If anyone has info or a direct link that shows this pricing that would be helpful. Thanks!

The doctor prescribed me a lower dose than I'm currently taking. I clearly stated throughout my notes that I want to stay on my current dose because it's still working well for me and I can still feel its effects. Why was my request ignored? Wth!
