NO AUTOMATIC REFILLS - EMAIL SENT BY ERROR

Hi everyone!

If you received an email saying your refill was processed THIS WAS SENT BY A SYSTEM ERROR. That refill email wasn’t supposed to go out 🤦🏻‍♂️ We turned it off, but it seems the platform decided to send it anyway. Sorry for the confusion!

To clarify:
- No automatic refill was processed for anyone
- None of our current 1-month or 12-week protocols are subscription or auto-renew products
- That email template is a generic platform template used for companies that do offer automatic refills
- It was only supposed to go out to some 1-month plan patients around the 21-day mark, not to everyone ordering 12-week plans

We’re working with our portal team in the morning to solve this.

Also, quick reminder since we’re seeing a lot of panic over processing/shipping times:

This is medication, not an Amazon Prime order! 😅

Doctors have working hours and may not review a consultation at 3am if the order was placed at 11pm the night before. If something is sitting for more than ~2 business days, we’ll step in and nudge the medical team.

We’re also currently dealing with some UPS weather delays in Texas, where Drug Crafters is located. The pharmacy sends me updated tracking info every morning, and for now, we have to manually update tracking numbers into the portal. No need to issue chargebacks or dispute charges when it hasn’t been 5 days since you placed your order. This just creates delays for everyone else as it ties up my time to deal with your bank. A quick email or DM to me will suffice for me to check your order and help continue moving it forward.

For the fastest tracking updates, please download the UPS app directly. Their tracking updates usually appear there before they even show up in the pharmacy system or our portal.

Appreciate everyone’s patience while we continue smoothing out operational kinks. And, as always, I’m here to answer any of your questions!

First Ola Order Arrived!

My first order of trizepitide from Drug Crafters arrived today. It was well insulated and packaged. I got the ripple plan, and it came with four vials. The are amber and were well packaged in a large perception vial with packing peanuts. I like that the dosing is easy (15 units is 1.5 mg, 20 is 2mg, etc). There's less room for error that way. Well written and detailed instructions, 2 packs of needles, and alcohol pads. I'm impressed.

Switched from semi to Tirz

I switched medications and I feel a lot hungrier on tirzepatide than I did semiglutide. I’m on the lowest dose so I’m not sure if I need to up the amount or not. I’m trying to lose 30lbs by September.

Signing into the portal problems?

Has anyone had a problem signing into the portal? I didn't save my password (I'm sure I used one generated), can't remember it and they sent me a link to change it but the link doesn't work. I've tried numerous times. I don't know what to do

First orderrrrr

Order placed May 8, arrived in mail May 18. Portal never told me when it shipped or provided transit updates but I found out it was shipped by texting Ola Health. I haven’t used it yet, still getting through my current stock from Pom but excited to use the pen! I dig the packaging, and yes it arrived verrrrry warm. In Ohio, shipped by MountainCare.

🚨 Memorial Day shipping heads up 🚨

All partner pharmacies and shipping carriers will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

For refrigerated medications (including GLP-1s):

  • Tomorrow, Thursday, May 21, will be the last major shipping day before the holiday weekend
  • Prescriptions completed after 3 p.m. EST on Thursday will most likely ship on Tuesday, May 26
  • Normal shipping operations will resume on Tuesday

So if you place an order today or tomorrow, just keep the holiday timing in mind before panicking about tracking updates 😅

This happens every year across the industry anytime there’s a carrier holiday involving refrigerated shipments. We’d rather pharmacies hold packages safely than risk meds sitting in a warehouse over the long weekend.

As always, our teams are working behind the scenes to process everything as quickly as possible. Appreciate everyone’s patience over the holiday weekend! 🌊

Question.. Delayed shipment due to weather, should be concerned?

Sooo, just placed my first order for Tirzepatide, with Ola (yaayy!), shipped today from Drug Crafters, and was due for delivery tomorrow.. just got notification it’s been delayed due to weather.. maybe in Dallas? Will it stay cold if it’s delivered a day late? 🥴

Level 1 - 12 week starter

If I purchase this, will I be able to increase my dose throughout the 12 weeks or will I be at the lowest dose entire time?

Dosage difference!!! Urgent.

Hello,

I recently decided to order from Ola Health and uploaded my current prescription for 10 mg, which I’ve been taking for the past 3–4 months. Since I haven’t seen much improvement, I wanted to increase the dose to 12.5 mg. My PCP has prescribed 12.5 mg for me before, but due to an insurance change I’ve only been able to get the 10 mg recently.

I’m new to compounded medications, and I placed my order on May 15. Today I received a message from the Ola Health doctor saying they ordered 11 mg. My plan is the 3‑month Wave plan, but the order shows quantity 7 of 11 mg.

I already uploaded my prescription for 12.5 mg, and the status currently shows “awaiting shipment.” I’ve ordered from Drug crafters -12.5 mg + B12.

Can someone please help update my order to 12.5 mg before the 11 mg ships out?

Thank you!

First Order and Excited

Last night I placed my first Ola order for tirz. I have been on the medication since January originally though a med spa (wanted to see if it worked before making a big commitment), and its been working well. 34 lbs down so far and feeling good. Excited to see how Ola works and getting my first shipment.

Drug Crafters Arrived Yesterday

Four week supply of tirz with glycine. Ordered 5/7, sent to pharmacy 5/9, shipped 5/12, received 5/13. Ice pack with still partially frozen after sitting at room temperature for a couple hours where we get deliveries. I'm not excited about using 2 syringes for each dose, but for the price, I can deal with it. Hopefully I tolerate the formula with glycine well and can get a 12 week order next.

First Shipment - Drug Crafters

So far, I am impressed. This has been a seamless transaction. Here’s the timeline:

5/9 - 3 Month Wave Plan/submitted info and paid w/credit card
5/10 - Prescription created (8 vials)
5/12 - Package Shipped (TX)
5/13 - Packaged Received (CT)

Everything arrived in great shape and the ice pack was still cold and partially frozen.

How will refills/plan renewals work?

I know that Ola doesn't have a subscription or automatic renewal, but as we approach the end of our current 3 month plan, will we be sent a renewal plan that we can go ahead and just purchase or do we have to start the whole process over again with a brand new intake, physician, etc? This question is mostly directed at the Tirzepatide plans in case it makes a difference.

Consult fee Clarification

As I understand it, there is a $50 consultation fee if you decide not to go through with the script, or the Dr denies you care, and that is mostly nonrefundable, but on a case by case basis. Although, if you are approved for care, and you do purchase from Ola, is there still a $50 consult fee? If so, does it go towards the price of the meds, or in addition to? Im also aware of $25 telehealth fee for certain states, but that doesnt apply to me in Michigan. Apologies if this has been clarified already, but I couldn't find it.

I also have a fresh script for BPI, but I would like to try the Glycine for sleep and muscle relaxation (bad back) Could I be turned down because I just got a new refill elsewhere?

Update: I was approved, it was quick and easy
