Not a fan of tirz gum, mints, or spray? How about chocolate?

Eli Lilly couldn’t make oral tirzepatide work, but that’s just because they never thought about putting it in chocolate with a “carbohydrate glass matrix” /s

Yes, this is a real product allegedly coming from a 503a pharmacy (and yes, they’re charging $249/month for it)

$99 one month of tirzepatide from SkinnyRx

SkinnyRx is offering your first month of tirzepatide (any dose) for $99. Make sure to cancel after you receive the meds since it will otherwise renew at their normal $299/month.

To get this price, you must use the link below. Going directly to their homepage will not activate the deal. You should see a bar at the top of the page that says “$99 FIRST MONTH: While Supplies Last” if the promo is active.

https://skinnyrx.com/?utm_first_month_promo=true

The intake asks what your current dose is and whether you’d like to stay the same/increase. It asks if you have an allergy to B vitamins so they likely use one or more of those as additives, but I couldn’t find any more specific additive or pharmacy information.

Military/first responders: $98 one month of tirzepatide from veteran-owned ARSYNL

ARSYNL Rx (arsynl.com) is offering anyone their first month of tirzepatide (any dose) for $133 with code BESTME100. Military and first responders can verify their status for an additional discount, bringing the first month total to $98. It appears the promo code applies only to the initial month; it’s not clear whether the military discount would apply to renewals.

The intake says their tirzepatide includes B12 and their site says they work with Manifest Pharmacy and Rx Compounding Store. We don’t see much of those two pharmacies here, so this could be an easy way for anyone who’s wanted to try them out.

$269 (total) for 13 months of tirzepatide from Investor Health

Update - this deal is no longer available

After 19 hours of successful orders, Investor Health has disabled their intake. This deal can no longer be ordered. Thanks and good luck to everyone who tried it.

Original post -

Normally I would never advocate paying for a year up front, but when it works out to $21 a month ($0.34/mg), it might be worth it…

Investor Health (investorhealth.com) is offering any dose of tirzepatide at $309 for 3 months, $289 for 6 months, or $269 for 13 months. These are the total prices, not a monthly price. It seems like they were maybe meant to be the monthly price but someone put them in as totals instead.

They use Triad, Health Warehouse, Red Rock, and Precision Medicine. I believe other providers with that pharmacy list have also shipped VialsRx. The intake includes a question about what effects you’re looking for (minimizing side effects, increasing energy, preserving muscle mass, etc) so you likely get at least some input on the additive.

As always (but especially with pricing errors like this), use a virtual card if you try it out.

$29 for one month of tirzepatide from Human+

Update - this deal has ended

After 11 hours and 60+ successful orders, Human+ seems to have turned off their payment processor. You’re welcome to still try ordering, but the final checkout step appears to be locked down. Thanks everyone who tried it out before it ended.

Original post -

Human+ (turnhumanplus.com) is offering your first month of tirzepatide for $29 - same price for any dose. Make sure to cancel after receiving the meds since it says it will renew at $299/mo.

The intake - and the entire site - leans heavily into tirzepatide’s benefit for fatty liver. As far as I can tell, you don’t actually need to have fatty liver to take advantage of this deal though.

According to their site, they use Epiq Scripts, Striker, Emerald, Foothills, and the new PerfectRx offering we also saw from Remedy Well earlier this week.

As with everything is this sub, make sure to use a virtual card. $29 is obviously much lower than most providers charge. I hope they’re legit, but there’s no way to know for sure yet. If you don’t personally want to risk the $29, that’s perfectly fine. If you do try it out, thank you for helping satisfy all of our curiosity (and your liver thanks you too)

$40 NAD+ or sermorelin, $115 tirzepatide from Choose Honey (limited states, ends 8/31)

Choose Honey (choosehoney.com) is offering $100 off any order through August 31 with code NAKWJ468. This sale is only available in AL, AK, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MS, MO, MT, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WI, and WY. If you don’t live in one of those states, your order may still be processed but you’ll be charged the full price.

The code applies to anything on their site, meaning you could get one month of NAD+ or sermorelin for $40, one month of tirzepatide for $115, or three months of NAD+ or sermorelin for $249 (shipped monthly). All of those prices remain the same regardless of dose.

Their website has been updated to clarify that these discounts only apply to your initial order. After that, the plan will renew at normal price, so be sure to cancel after receiving the meds if you don’t want to continue at the higher price.

All three medications are fulfilled by Gulf Breeze Apothecary which is based in Florida. Their tirzepatide is compounded with vitamin B12. Based on the fact that they only offer monthly shipping even on longer plans, Gulf Breeze likely only has a 45- or 60-day BUD

$109/mo or $315/quarter from Lean Meds

Lean Meds is owned by the same company as AltRx. I want to make that very clear. All of their flaws likely apply to Lean Meds too: very slow customer service responses, the possibility for price increases in the future despite promising it’s locked in, etc. With that out of the way…

Lean Meds (leanmeds.com) is offering a permanent price of $109/mo or $315/quarter for any dose of tirzepatide. This is allegedly an ongoing rate, not just an intro price. If it turns out that that’s not true, this would still be a pretty good one-time price. If it does renew at this price, it’s a really good price.

The intake asked what dose I’m taking and said they’d match it; it did not prompt me to provide proof. I am not sure if the doctor would request proof afterward.

They don’t specify which pharmacies they use, but my guess would be the same ones AltRx offers (Casa, Evoluciona, Beaker, and Strive I think) I apparently can’t read. Their website says they use Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts, Casa, TPH, and Foothills (thanks u/amorley23!)

$99 one month any dose from Remedy Well

Remedy Well (remedywellhealth.com) is offering your first month for $99 with code 100OFF. This appears to cover any dose. It will renew at the full $199 price, so make sure to cancel after you receive the meds.

The intake does require an ordinary selfie for identity verification but no full-body photos are required.

It says the medication will have B12 and/or glycine, but there’s no mention anywhere of which pharmacy will be fulfilling it.

Final pharmacy update -

Patients in states where Vios is available will receive Vios in up to a 17 mg/mL concentration with either B12+glycine or with L-carnitine, which has a 90-day BUD (source, source)

Patients in other states will receive PerfectRx’s own tirzepatide in up to a 30 mg/mL concentration with B12, which has a 45-day BUD (source)

No more Apothecary?

This evening, one of the telehealths that prescribes Apothecary posted a ‘clearance’ sale on Apothecary since it won’t be available from NewLife after the next couple weeks.

I know Dave said the other day that NewLife would be dispensing Hyalo and their own upcoming 503b…but that post didn’t say anything about Apothecary going away.

Has anyone heard about this? Is Apothecary going to be dispensed by a different pharmacy? Or is this the end of Apothecary as we know it?

$129/month any dose from CareBox

This price is apparently locked in for as long as you’re a customer.

Their “normal” price is $349/month. To get the $129 price, you have to go all the way through the intake (carebox.org), then close the page before actually placing the order. After an hour or two, they’ll email you a link to claim the $129 price instead - the email looks like spam, so check your spam folder if you don’t see it. You’ll have to fill out the intake again using that link and it should show the $129 month-to-month at that point.

Their website says they use Red Rock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, and Triad Rx; their CS rep said they also work with The Pharmacy Hub (not sure if that means BPI or someone else). I’ve heard about other providers with a similar pharmacy list sending out VialsRx, so that’s a possibility too.

1 month any dose for $129 at MyFastRx

MyFastRx is offering your first month for $129 (any dose) using code MY70 or SAVE70. It will renew at $199 after that, so make sure to cancel once you receive the meds.

They were posted here a few weeks ago at $149, but it looks like they’ve dropped their intro price even further. Their website doesn’t say what pharmacies they work with, but at the time of that last post, there were sending out Greenwich with B12.

Eli Lilly plans to submit retatrutide as a biologic

This had been suspected for a while, but this morning Lilly confirmed they’re working on their Biologics License Application for retatrutide and plan to submit it to the FDA by early next year.

If successful, that will eliminate the opportunity for compounding it, even for patients with legitimate medical needs. It will also grant them longer market exclusivity and make future generics much more expensive since biosimilars (generic biologics) must go through their own clinical trials to prove equivalence; they can’t rely on the original clinical trials like traditional generics.

I know some people here have stalled on the highest dose of tirzepatide and are looking forward to retatrutide’s approval as a more powerful option. Hopefully the FDA rejects their application and requires them to treat it as a traditional drug. If not, the only legitimate option for it will be name brand.

$149/mo ongoing price from SnagRx

SnagRx is offering $149/mo or $420/quarter for any dose of tirzepatide. They say these prices are locked in, not intro prices.

Their website says they work with Red Rock, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacies, and Triad. (They also use VialsRx - thanks u/skyeboy1998) I am not sure if you can request a particular one.

Their prescriber group is OpenLoop which should mean no pictures (since it’s not Beluga).

$399 intro for 3 months any dose from TeleClinic

Looks like a new provider offering $149 for your first month or $399 for your first 3 months of any dose. Make sure to cancel after receiving the meds because it says it renews at $219/month or $657/quarter after that.

They use Rush for the pharmacy, who offers up to a 20 mg/mL concentration and I believe only does B6. Rush has a 45 day BUD so each month will ship separately; they won’t all come upfront. Rush is available everywhere other than CA, SC, and NJ. Their provider group is LocumTele (the same one PreventiveMD uses) so that should mean no photos required.

$160/month VialsRx (B12 or glycine, any dose) from Rylo Health

This seems to be their ongoing monthly price, not an intro offer. They charge $160/month (which is pretty good) or $450/quarter (which is not crazy low but still beats Trimi and Gimme for VialsRx).

I’ve never heard of Rylo and haven’t tried them but it looks like they use Wasef Health for their providers which means no photos required. This could be another solid month-to-month option, especially for people who like VialsRx or who live in a state where PreventiveMD isn’t available.

Crossing is winding down, will be rolled into Belle

The short life of Crossing seems to be coming to an end already. All current Crossing patients will be moved to Belle within the next couple days.

Existing pricing will be honored, but it’s not clear whether the $149 price will be available to new patients after the move - Belle’s pricing is much higher ($249/month or $657/quarter)

Blessed by the tirz fairy (again!)

I posted here a month ago about a bonus vial I got from Fitness RX after a combined Pharmacy Hub shipment never got marked as shipped. This week, the exact same thing happened again.

Back in April, I ordered 3 months of BPI from Refills, which was shipped in that same consolidated shipment. Their portal never updated either, still showing “sent to pharmacy”. This week, their system sent me three more vials to replace those! I double-checked my bank and the portal and both still only show the original $471 I paid back in April, so this isn’t a refill, just a reshipment.

All 3 providers’ orders are correctly showing delivered now so I don’t think I’ll see the tirz fairy again for a while, but it’s been fun while it lasted!

(The new vials have a 9/17/2026 BUD for anyone curious.)

Update on Ezra’s “Bordeaux” (yes, it was a typo)

I reached out to Ezra about their Bordeaux and Rush additive-free options that were posted here a couple days ago. I asked for confirmation that both of those options really were additive-free and asked for information about their concentrations, preservatives, and BUDs, where they were based, and whether they were 503A or 503B.

The rep confirmed that Bordeaux was actually supposed to be Boudreaux’s, but he declined to provide any other details about those options and said all questions need to be directed to the pharmacy.

So even though Bordeaux isn’t some new pharmacy option, there’s at least some mystery left around the specifics of what you’d get if you chose that one or Rush (are they actually additive-free?). Maybe someone else will be brave enough to try it and let us know.
