Hi all, first time posting here. Have been following this community for a while which partly helped me to go and purchase an S10 at the end of March. The initial unit worked great for about two to three weeks, unfortunately it developed a leak at the back - a constant thin stream of water that would leave a trail whenever it went to clean. Roborock support for helpful and sent me a replacement unit, although the time to replace was about two weeks.

The unit that's shown in the video arrived all well and set up without any issues. However during the first run I noticed the noise you should hear in the video, which seems to be the roller motor catching on something internally. This noise definitely was not present on the original unit and I'm concerned that this could be a potential developing mechanical fault. Support have said that they will speak with their senior product manager, bedtime concerned that support will use this as an out. Has anyone else experienced this noise? Considering the replacement is within the 30-day return period should I request support to replace it? I am in the UK so if needs be I could follow consumer law and reject the unit, but that would be the extreme?

Any thoughts would be great. Thanks!
