I've had my Roborock Qrevo S for almost 2 years. Bought direct from Roborock (per this subs recommendation) and even bought the extended warranty through them. Good thing I did because this thing spontaneously breaks apart as if it's designed to. What's the old saying? "Rapid unplanned disassembly"?

In the two years I've owned it, I've had the plastic dock break apart twice. I've had the cover that holds in the roller break twice. The guiding wheel has broken. the internal arm that holds the mops has broken. I've had to ship it to support 3 times. The last time they "fixed it" they shipped it back even more broken than I sent it to them.

This time they gave up and said they were sending me a different, refurbished unit and sent me a strongly worded recommendation to not let it go anywhere it can get wet...

It's a mop. Getting the things wet is like half it's job.

Oh and that extended warranty I bought? Yeah they're no longer going to honor it on the replacement unit. Cause screw you, that's why.

Save yourself some drama and buy a robot literally from anyone other than these bozos. How's Eufy looking these days?

Just got myself the saros 10r. Brand new. Never used fresh out the box. Suction is at second to tornado setting. Ive set the carpet functions properly. And ive watched it go over all the same stuff 80 times. All the crumbs still on the floor. Everything. Im so confused. This is a very expensive device so im feeling a little discouraged as I was so excited to watch its magic! What am I doing wrong?? This is its first vacuum. =(

Roboborock dropped the Rockmow 120H price to $1,999 on Amazon.

I'm still scared to pull the trigger on this early technology but very, very interested!

I have had the Saros 10r for just over a year now. I ran into this error a few months ago and it was sent in for warranty repair. When it came back they had replaced the entire board on the robot. Now just months after its giving the same error. Has anyone else had the issue with the 10r? I'm starting to think its a defective unit or base. And now that I'm outside the 1 year warranty that they aren't going to fix it. Any suggestions?

I am writing this to warn consumers about both the Roborock Qrevo Curve robot vacuum and the company’s customer support practices. I spent $933.94 on this high-end machine expecting a premium experience, but it has turned out to be an overpriced failure backed by dishonest business practices.
Regarding the product performance, the vacuum completely fails at its advertised features. It was sold as having self-emptying capabilities for pet hair and special chassis-lifting technology for high thresholds. In reality, the self-empty port is poorly designed and clogs with pet hair every single time, leaving the internal bin empty while jamming the narrow suction channel. Because of these constant clogs, I cannot run the vacuum on an automated schedule, and am constantly emptying both the port and dustbin by hand. The threshold feature is equally useless because the software logic is delayed, causing the robot to drive up to standard one-inch transitions, hesitate, and get completely stuck. The overall vacuuming power is subpar, scattering light debris and leaving pet hair behind on carpets.
The company’s service and warranty practices are even worse than the product itself. When the machine degraded after a few months of use, I went through weeks of tedious troubleshooting steps requested by their support team, including sending videos and cleaning sensors. Their own technicians never identified a single broken physical part. Despite the unit being well within its one-year limited warranty, Roborock flatly refuses to issue a refund. They repeatedly cite a scripted internal policy claiming that refunds are capped at thirty days.
I cited their written one-year warranty contract back to them, which explicitly lists a refund as a valid legal remedy alongside repair or replacement. Nowhere in their legal terms does it state that the refund option expires after thirty days while the rest of the warranty stays active. They refuse to honor their own written terms and insist on forcing me into a repair-depot shipping loop for a machine that suffers from fundamental engineering and software flaws rather than a broken part.
When I filed a formal dispute with the Better Business Bureau and quoted their contract line-by-line, Roborock completely stopped responding. The BBB officially closed my case as unresolved due to the company failing to participate, leaving a permanent negative mark on their business profile. I have now escalated this matter to the State Attorney General regarding their warranty practices, and Roborock is still refusing a refund. This company takes your money and refuses to honor their contracts once things go wrong. Avoid this product and this company entirely.

Hello everyone
when i first get this vacuum it was perfect ,doesn't get stuck to cables,doesn't push rugs even with water cleaning but after 2-3 months everything seems off if i vacuum with water mop tangles to cables,every rug is somewhere else after vacuum it basically pushes them, what should i do ?

less than a year old, I’m not sure what’s going on, it’s sort of vacuums and it’s sort of cleans, but they’re still small particles (that you can feel when you walk barefoot) on the floor that did not used to be there right after cleaning.

no error messages, nothing different and I’m really at a loss what it could be, it looks like when I look at the map it has been everywhere.

I would really appreciate help, i’ve had a vacuum robot since they came into existence:) but I’ve only ever had this problem after five plus years of having a model.

Looking to get into my first Dry/Wet Robo Vacuum.

I'm looking at both the Edge 2 & 3. There's only a $400 difference at the moment.

What are everyone's thoughts? Spend the $400 for the Edge 3 or save the money for the Edge 2. It's not about the money, it's about features and longevity.

I've not seen the vacuum do this once it is fully charged in the seven months I've owned it, but it continues to slowly pulse a white light on the power button while it sits docked.

It appears to be working as expected, although this morning instead of doing it's normal scheduled cleanup, it rescanned the floor, even though the old map was still loaded.

So often I'm getting ready to go out and think I'll set the robo to run whilst I'm out. However, it's 10-20 mins before I leave, not wanting to have the robot running while I'm here I wait and think I'll put it on just as I leave but invariably I forget most of the time.

I wish I could delay the start like 10 minutes, so as I think of it I can set it to run in 10-20 mins and then I'll be out of the house. I'd expect instead of pressing the run button you'd hold it and a menu would pop up with delay start by: 5, 10, 30, 60 mins.

It seems to do this now you have to create a schedule, which is a massive effort

This may already exist so please tell me if so! (I have a Q7 Max Plus, a few years old now.
