Saros 10 users post your usage and age of your robot. Also what problems you had and or had to fix.

I bought my Saros new March 2025. First problem I encountered was Flexi arm noise. I was able to fix this by cleaning and lubricating inside the arm. No issues since. Second was left wheel open circuit. I fixed this by using WD40 on brass bushing on wheel. No issues since fixing. Last issue was communication error from robot to base. This was a problem for a week it resolved itself after a week. It then started again I took apart bot. Turns out it was water damage to small board with plug with ir's . The fill port was broken plastic where screws held in place. Cleaned the board and connector. Used glue to seal fill port.

Trouble shooting Saros 10. The problems are not able to wash mop empty dust been dry mop pad. I did the bit mode test. Communication sensor error failed. So my question is the robot IR sensor needs to be replaced or in the dock. From what I have been able to research is pointing to the robot sensor. Anyone know where I can source the new part?
