I know how to lose weight but struggling with how to actually do it
I've been using a calorie tracker and I know how much I should be eating, but I keep going over the amount.
My biggest downfall is that I get free food at work as a perk. It's really good and there's always dessert. There's also infinite snacks like chocolate, chips, cookies, etc.
I am really struggling with willpower. I am tracking intake so I know that I should only have X calories at a meal to stay under budget, but it's a constant fight with myself to do it.
Any tips on how to handle it? I can't work from home, my company has mandatory return to office. Somehow I have to walk past endless free piles of my favorite foods and not take any of it.
