New DIY LG refrigerator compressor & lines installation not cooling

I DIY'd replaced LG refrigerator compressor, drier, and capillary tubings. I also did the brazing/soldering. I then tested for leaks using CO2 cartridges. Fixed leaks by rewetting solder joints.

Then I vacuumed the lines for about 30 minutes and left overnight for vacuum pressure check. Lines stayed about -30psi. So looks good so far.

I proceeded to charge the lines using the manifold set (shown) using the yellow attachment to the blue side. The blue hose is connected to the service port of compressor (I assume that is the suction side) and closed the red hose's dial. I added about 4 oz of r134a as per LG refrigerator label.

I then plugged the refrigerator. The compressor turned-on and watched the manifold set gauges. Discharge (high pressure) side seems able to go 250-300psi but the suction side goes to 0psi. When I unplug power, both discharge & suction sides eventually even out at ~50psi.

Note: I have the manifold tool valves open when I read the gauges like this. Is this correct way?

Since the suction side goes to 0psi (blue), sometimes negative, while the red side goes 250-300psi when compressor is running, it appears the compressor is working. But with both sides equalize when compressor is not running, something is telling me there is a refrigerant circulation issue as temperature is not going down.

It is possible that I inadvertently plugged a line here or there with the blob work I have done 😄 I am thinking at the capillary tubing joints to the evaporator or on the drier, as I replaced the old ones. Can you guys give me some points? Thanks in advance!!

PPA SSL error with APT on Ubuntu Resolute Raccoon 26.04

My old PPA entry for Ubuntu Noble 24.04 was no longer working upon updating to 26.04. So, I removed the old PPA entries, purged qbittorrent, reboot, re-entered qbittorrent PPA and re-installed from 26.04 APT. I seem to be able to install the latest stable even with the SSL error. But clicking app icon won't run from the App Launcher dashboard. Anyone have this problem or just an unresolved issue with Ubuntu 26.04?

QB Version: 5.2

OS: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, 64-bit, GNOME 50, Wayland

KERNEL: Linux 7.0.0-15-generic

HW: TOSHIBA Satellite S75-B, 16.0 GiB, Intel® Core™ i7-4720HQ × 8, Intel® HD Graphics 4600 (HSW GT2), 2.0 TB
