Imported from trakt but I have different numbers of movies and episodes

Hi guys, I finally went pro so I imported my data from trakt to simkl, via zip with the option that replaces all simkl data with trakt, but I see that there are Fewer episodes recorded and 5 fewer movies, does anyone know what could have happened?

On trakt I have 1369 episodes and 886 films, while now on simkl I have 1058 finished episodes (1326 total but also counting those of the series I would like to watch) and 881 films seen.

Can't login password and email correct

I found myself logged out of my accounts on all devices but I think it was due to yesterday's maintenance, but I can't log in anymore, my email and password are correct.
