Shoutout to VTrans this morning
Thank you for closing the on ramp to 189E with no warning. At 8 am.
Seriously why do we have the alert system if they’re not going to use it lol

We got the bad news about our sweet girl recently. We’re going to have to make the decision soon and I am leaning towards at home euthanasia, so that our other dog can say goodbye and so she can be somewhere that she feels comfortable and safe.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m torn up about this and just have no idea where to start looking.
Edit: thank you all so much for the suggestions already ❤️ I have been sick about this since we found out and haven’t been able to bring myself to even google search. She’s the best and I sure am going to miss her more than anything.
ran my first ultra (woo!) and subsequently developed tendinitis. I know what the cause is (I did not hill train enough and the massive drops definitely stressed out the knees).
Working with a PT but I’m curious about anecdotal experience w quadriceps tendinitis. Anyone have any tips or advice on how to deal with it? Seems like it’s mild so I’m not super worried but it’s also a form of tendinitis none of my other runner friends have dealt with.
Car on fire. Firetrucks are there. Be careful!!
Lane closed for road work. Don’t make my mistake. Avoid at all costs rn.
