Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at University Riverside Gardens (near UCR). Move-in is Sept 15, 2026 – Aug 31, 2027. Rent is $588/month, utilities included & $485 without. It’s a shared room in a 3 bed| 2 bath apartment. I’m leaving because I no longer need housing, so I’m just trying to find someone to replace me.
