Magnific AI affiliate commission dropped from nearly €200 to ~€72, with no clear breakdown or support response
I’m posting this publicly because I’ve tried to resolve it privately for weeks and received no meaningful response.
Magnific AI initially suggested I join its affiliate program after a partnership was not possible. I put real effort into promoting the product and saw my affiliate commission reach nearly €200.
Later, the displayed amount dropped to approximately €72–€82.
I understand that refunds, chargebacks, attribution rules, and validation periods can affect affiliate payouts. That is not my issue. My issue is the lack of transparency:
- The affiliate dashboard does not provide a transaction-level breakdown.
- I cannot see which referrals were approved, reversed, refunded, or adjusted.
- There is no clear explanation for why my displayed commission changed so dramatically.
- I have sent multiple emails and also tried Discord/direct messages, but have not received a useful response.
I have screenshots showing the commission amounts and my attempts to contact support. I can provide redacted evidence if needed.
I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing. I am asking Magnific AI for basic affiliate accountability:
- A transaction-by-transaction commission report
- A clear explanation of every reversal or adjustment
- Confirmation of my payout/account status
- A reliable support contact for affiliate issues
If anyone from Magnific AI sees this, please help resolve this directly. Affiliates should not have to post publicly just to understand why a commission balance changed.
