Hi guys, I am thinking of buying a house around Leicester. I have been to all the new development sites and best one - location wise - I think, is Wigston Meadows and Wigston meadows at Kilby Bridge.

The house I am planning to buy is 4-bhk priced at £459,000. We are just a couple, both work from home on most days, 4-bhk is too much space but then 2/3-bed houses have some or the other compromise points and I feel are not good value for money and hence I have decided 4-bhk.

Any suggestions please? This will be my first home so I am not experienced in this. Any help is welcome. Thanks!
