Major safety hazard at @AIIMSJodhpur! While waiting in the ENT Department (Block A, 4th Floor), an overhead tile suddenly fell directly on a seated patient, followed by two more tiles from the same row. When the patient tried to lodge a complaint, the on-duty guard refused to document the evidence. Immediate action and inspection required!
