Hey everyone! I’m an incoming dental student looking for a female housemate to lease with this upcoming year. Preferably another dental/medical student or someone in a similar stage of life :)

I don’t have a place fully locked down yet, but I’ve been touring a few options in Summerlin and nearby areas that would come out to around \~$900–1100 per person for rent. One of my favorites so far is Ascend at Heartland — it’s a newer apartment complex in a really nice, safe area with good amenities and a reasonable commute to campus.

A little about me: I’m moving from LA, pretty social but also respectful of personal space, clean, and hoping for a chill living environment. I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe! DM me if you’re interested or want to apartment hunt together :)
