Ticket counter agent insisted gold status is not allowed at priority bag drop
DTW, ticket agent insisted over and over gold status did not qualify me to use priority bag drop, said I needed an orange priority bag tag. I explained to her orange is only for first class but Im still considered priority, pointed to the priority floor sign showing gold is included. Told me "YOURE TELLING ME?!?! I been doing this 30 years". After 2 minutes of back and forth she finally accepted the bag but she is 100% wrong right?
