I have been at this practice for about 1.5 years and my schedule is still not completely booked up, depending on the months and days but some days in certain locations I am seeing abput 15 patients daily, sometimes only 12 even. Reading some of these posts it seems like people are jumping into 30 patients daily (I wish). Has anyone experienced this before? And also what are your guy's recommendations for advertisement?

Planning trip to Maui dates mentioned above, plan was to do all the highlights you can think of, molokini, road to hana, black sand beach, lao Valley etc with another storm projected to possibly hit next week, do you think it would be better to cancel or would you commit.
