Using Possession Game without linkup or SA, some advice offensively is to not hold dash with the ball all the time and to stay patient and to recycle the ball when stuck with defenders all around.
Defensively, staying patient and I advise against ever touching the pressure button and to defend using match up and moving the player manually to track runs and anticipate passes instead of rushing towards the ball. AMA
