Typical Konami, first time playing in a few days and defending is back to its brain dead best. We got 80% pressure and 1% match up clowns. Absolutely abysmal once again. Someone must have insight into programming in this community. Someone simplify like I’m 5 how they can alter the gameplay in the space of 4 days going back on all their defensive changes. I just don’t understand 😐

crazy input lag in a match, then 2 more matches with this. i got dropped from both matches after 10 minutes in, in 3 seconds.

This england pack harry kane is insane, good passing, great finishing, good PC and decent speed. A goal machine and an assist farmer. Carried me to div 1 twice in a row. Sometimes he acts like a goal poacher and makes great runs and scores 9/10 of the chances he gets. His low screamer is also insane.
The build i use:
8 4 12 10 4 with striker's instinct booster
Only had one point left to qualify to div 3 AI and this happened… ended up loosing 2-1
What do I do ?? Ever since I switched to the formation where the GK is a CB I couldn't switch back to my main team or change the current one ! What is this horrible bug am I cooked ??

My Question Is Based On His Usability In The Premier League Only. These are my Midfielder Options. I'll be getting the new ST Maddison as well. The only reason why I'm even thinking about Alcantara is because I'm a lifelong Bayern fan and his passing and ball treatment stats surprised me. Is he worth spending money on or should I skip? Usability won't be a problem as I don't need him as a defensive midfielder more like a ball controller of the tempo and constant rotation of the ball. If there's someone who has used him. Can you please let me know if he's good enough as a CMF even without a ST Skill?
A lot of people were relieved that we got a filter for Smart Assist. And rightly, because that trash shouldn't be in the same mode.
However, I don't believe it goes far enough.
In reality there are two groups of players:
- those who play with settings that give them shortened animations
- those who play with settings that require full animations.
The difference in these two settings is very obvious in-match. One can just hit blind perfect passes instantly; the others need to power them up and at least vaguely aim, which takes more time.
Time we separated these two groups, because the advantage for one is pretty silly.
- PA1 and PA2 in the arcade section, probably with Smart Assist
- PA3 and PA4 in the authentic section.

I was playing Divisions in Div 3, and by pure distraction, I did not realized i had selected my worst squad: my River Plate themed team. To make things worse, I got matched against a 3211 rated opponent.
I gave up instantly. My plan was simple: "Alright, I'll play a bit, and as soon as they score the second goal, I'm forfeiting."
Naturally, I conceded early. The stat difference was huge, one shot, one goal. But since he hadn't scored a second one yet, I decided to just relax and play without pressure. Miraculously I turned the match completely around and ended up winning 4-1

IMO this mbappe is better than this aubameyang. He was in the 4 player potd pack, and it would take max to max 300 coins to clear it for him, after using the chance deal, which was a really really good deal.
This mbappe bas 90 in ball carrying stats, 90 in finishing, and 94 in speed and acceleration along with 76 physical contact and good passing as well. And unlike other mbappe cards, he has a perfect accuracy weak foot, which would mean you can use him as a Right CF as well.
This aubameyang is worse than this mbappe, other than his special skills, his stats aren't as good or properly spread as mbappe. He feels clunky, isn't that good at finishing as well. He is good if you feed him passes as he makes good runs. Low screamer with not even 90 kicking power doesn't make sense at all, for low screamers to be impactful, they need to have good amount of kicking power.
Y'all might not agree with me, but i like Shevchenko more than aubameyang, despite not having phenomenal finishing, he still feels good to play with. Also, this mbappe clears aubameyang as well.
Africans, please let's stop spending on konami till they give us a server, there's no ROI at all. If we stop spending they will react, if they don't we will know they don't care about us. Let's boycott till we get server. If we push hard enough we will get a reaction, there's no need to lose to a player with 5 bars who has a f2p team and you spend on konami, it is not fair at all, imagine playing all your matches on 2 and 3 bars everyday on a game you spend on. Let's mobilize and push this, I believe we can do it
Hopefully Konami will see this and finally fix it. It is just not humanly possible to run at full speed, do a double touch and then in the same movement shoot precisely in the corner of the goal.
Of course, the same guy super-cancelled everything.
And yes, he plays Capello, with Maldini and Thuram.
So context: I am relatively new to this game (about three months), F2P, play exclusively Quick Counter especially that my only manager is Portugal pack Martinez, but tried Overload with the free Lampard for few games.
LBC is not nerfed: LBC is still the most OP. Konami nerfed defending, but that means all other playstyles also suffer, but since other playstyles already didn't depend on defending deep, it exposes them even more!! LBC benefit from simply the sheer number of players they have infront of their goal.
First picture is my record last phase, second picture is current phase so far. Record speaks for itself! Over the top passes and my defenders simply ignore the ball now and allow strikers through!!! Guess this is a rant now lol.
Aguero is still better than $1 Suarez: Might be unpopular opinion... Suarez is very good, but Aguero still performs much better for me. I guess it depends on your playstyle but even his Blitz Curler go in more for me, despite the massive gulf in the relevant stats for Blitzing.
Double playstyle: Defenders behave differently now. My players try to offside trap (mostly unsuccessfully) much more often now (I do not have automatic offside trap on!).
Also, defenders wonder more and break the line of defence, like my Romero decides to play CDM by himself clearly leaving opponents CF fully free. (My guess, defenders on basic or no playstyle will behave randomly so you go on and buy new defenders after the update).
Is it only me or others feel that way? Ok rant over lol
