Well I signed up for the service in December. Got the flier like many others for the $200 gift card for pre-ordering service. Here we are in the middle of June and still no gift card. Have called and called I have escalation ticket numbers and every single time I call it's another excuse or it's I will receive it at a later date. I don't even need the card but it's the principal. I fined an FTC complaint today for fraud and I may cancel the service. You say you are going to do do something, fuking do it.

Location: This is in the Pinellas county FL area. Pick up only as the unit is too large to ship.

Condition: Unit was purchased with drives in 2021 and was decommissioned 6 months ago. Unit has been factory reset as well as the drives. Everything was in working order at the time of decommission. All drives passed internal test during the NAS factory reset.
