Just managed a 1:45 HM, it all was an all out race. 3.30 Mara poss in October? Tip welcomes 🤙🏻
For more info, did a intense 12 weeks training block to knock 30 mins off my HM PB, 2x speed sessions a week, 1x easy run (50% of k’) scaled up gradually from 20k to 40k per week. Also strength training twice a week
