¿Estás pensando en mudarte a Alicante o acabas de llegar? Siempre viene bien tener un contacto local para conocer cómo vive la gente o por qué hacen lo que hacen... Me gusta pensar que somos gente muy acogedora, pero es cierto que a veces los comienzos pueden ser un poco difíciles... Escríbeme y quedamos para tomar un café y tratar de que tu estancia sea más agradable. Hablo inglés con fluidez por si quieres descansar de las clases intensivas de español... Tengo una cita para hacer el empadronamiento colectivo en Alicante con mi novia. Yo aparezco en el contrato de alquiler, pero ella no.
El Ayuntamiento me envió unos formularios de autorización y no estoy seguro de si necesito también una autorización firmada por el propietario o si con el contrato de alquiler donde aparezco yo es suficiente.
Alguien ha hecho recientemente el empadronamiento colectivo en Alicante en una situación parecida? ¿Qué documentos os pidieron exactamente?

I was on vacation in Alicante and stayed at the Hotel Almirante. Unfortunately, I forgot some clothes there: my favorite bikini, a blouse, and a shorts.
The items are currently being kept at the hotel reception, but the hotel refuses to ship them. They would need to be picked up in person.
I live in Germany, so I can’t just come back to Alicante to collect them. Is there anyone living nearby who could help me pick them up and send them to Germany? Of course, I would cover all shipping costs.

I was going to Alicante for a few days, initially only for a friend's wedding, but then decided to stay a bit longer, this has been a bit last minute (the longer stay) and I was wondering if anyone can recommend more artsy places, galleries or museums?
Are things easily accessible by public transport? (Coming from a place where public transport is an absolute nightmare hahah so I'm always cautious 😂)

Buenas a todos! Mi tarjeta de residencia fue aprobado la semana pasada, y tengo 30 días para hacer una cita para tomar huellas por Alicante. Llevo una semana ya intentando, pero no sale nadaaaaa. Nada de absolutamente nada. He contratado a tres empresas (AgentCita, BuscaCita, y un abogado), pero aún no hay resultados.
Hay algo más que puedo hacer para conseguirme una cita?
We’re staying in Alicante from June 1st to June 7th at the Ibis Budget hotel. We don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel since we’ll mostly be out exploring and doing tours—just coming back to sleep and have breakfast.
The hotel is about 4.5 km from the city centre, and I was wondering what the best way is to get around by bus.
I’ve seen that the C6 bus is around €4.50, which feels a bit expensive for regular use, so I was curious if there are any other bus lines or cheaper options that Google Maps might not be showing. Also, if anyone knows the approximate prices or any travel cards/passes that could make it cheaper, that would be really helpful.

First of all, if this post is annoying or crap, I'm very sorry! I tried to search for similar posts but I couldn't find something, however I did find some posts about Torrevieja in this subreddit so fingers crossed it's ok!
Now here's the situation! My mother, who has her birthday in a few days, decided (super cool, I'm so proud of her) to go to Torrevieja in January and February for two months! She hasn't done anything like that before, super awesome.
For her birthday gift, I want to make a little cute 'you're going to Spain' box, with some fun gifts, but also with a little home-made booklet (maybe like four pages, it doesn't have to be gigantic) with cool spots in Torrevieja so she has some things that she could do if she wants.
Restaurant and bar wise, she's not really a lover of big touristy things but likes local things way more.
She loves musea, galleries and art, she loves drag shows as well, and she really loves to read in a quieter place with nice wine.
As she's becoming a little bit older, her walking up-hill is a little bit more of a problem, but for the rest she can do anything!
My question is, what would you advise? If you would advise anything? Again, sorry if this is an annoying question, I just don't know so many people in Torrevieja myself (one, and their interests are not very... aligned? haha).

Tenia una cita a la mañana el martes pasado en Alicante (me mude hace poco en las afueras de la ciudad), el tren no llego retrasado, directamente NUNCA PASO. Tuve que esperar el siguiente y llegue super tarde.
Ayer, volviendo de Alicante de nuevo, el tren salio 15 minutos tardes, y no entiendo porque pero en cada estacion se frenaba 10-15 minutos mas. O sea, un trayecto que deberia ser de 15-20 minutos termino siendo de 1 hora y 20 minutos.
Siempre funciona asi?
