Seeking a community where we can have our own private acreage/space.

I have a whole other post written but I'm not ready to share that much just yet. We are looking for a community/shared opportunity in AZ, NV, ID, UT, CO, or NM, possibly MT or WY - but I can't handle too much cold. We are looking for property above 5000' elevation and at least 10 acres of our own space within a community. I know that sounds counterintuitive with "community" but we are used to having our own space and still desire to be near others with a common goal. Budget could be substantial when our real estate sells and we are also able to pay monthly dues.

First timers and their YouTube videos

I get it, people rely on their YouTube channels for views to earn their income to support their lifestyles. Burning Man is just a bucket list item for these people. Watching all these "influencers" and their "packing suggestions for first timers" videos are starting to get a little ridiculous. It's their first year and suddenly they are experts on how to attend Burning Man? Radical inclusion is getting more difficult!
