My honest experience getting Rejuran+Ultherapy+Botox+Fillers in Seoul

**I did NOT receive any discount/incentive for this review**

I’ve been researching Korean skin clinics on Reddit/Google for literally months before coming to Seoul because there are SO many clinics and honestly it was overwhelming 😭

I mainly wanted help with:

skin texture, early sagging/jawline, forehead wrinkles and generally looking less tired lol

I ended up doing:

  • Rejuran Healer
  • Botox
  • Ultherapy

at a clinic called SIA Clinic near Sinnonhyeon.

The main reason I picked them was actually because I saw a lot of reviews from foreigners on Google Maps compared to some other clinics I looked at. I was kinda nervous about communication issues or getting hard sold since I’ve heard horror stories before, so reading detailed reviews helped me feel safer.

Ultherapy:
Not gonna lie this was painful 😭 but tolerable. The result wasn’t immediate for me, but after a few weeks I started noticing my lower face/jawline looked tighter especially in photos. I don’t think it changed my face dramatically or anything, I just looked a bit more refreshed.

BUT right after Ultherapy I got a looooot of swelling so please be reminded 😭 I honestly did not prepare for that lol. It went down afterward, but if you’re planning to do it before an important event maybe don’t do it too close.

Do you see the swelling around my lower cheeks..?

Rejuran:
This was probably my favorite overall result even though the downtime looked scary for like 1-2 days lol. My skin texture improved a lot afterward and my makeup goes on smoother now. It’s one of those treatments where other people don’t necessarily notice immediately but YOU notice your skin looking healthier.

One thing I appreciated was that they actually opened the Rejuran box in front of me before the procedure. Maybe this is normal everywhere idk, but it made me feel more reassured about what was being used.

Also the embossing right after the treatment looked REALLY detailed lol. You could kind of tell the doctor was being super precise while doing it because the injections were placed very evenly across the skin instead of randomly here and there. I know that sounds weird but if you’ve done Rejuran before you probably know what I mean 😭

Oh and here’s a pic of my skin around 2 weeks after Rejuran. I’m wearing makeup in the photo but you can still see how much better my makeup sits on the skin now 😭 like my foundation goes on way smoother and less patchy compared to before.

Botox:
I only did a small amount because I still wanted movement. It came out really natural and didn’t give that frozen look I was worried about.

I also randomly ended up doing lip filler touch-up there because my old filler had started going down a bit. I’ve done lip filler multiple times before so I didn’t really need a full syringe or anything dramatic, just a small refresh. Usually I feel like clinics try to upsell a lot for fillers, but they had some special price for lip filler starting from 39,000 KRW so I was like okay why not lol.

Honestly the doctor was really good with it. The result looked natural and balanced instead of overfilled which I appreciated because I’m super picky about lips looking too obvious.

Overall I think what stood out to me most was that the doctor seemed pretty skilled/aesthetic-focused rather than just trying to do everything aggressively. The consultation also felt pretty chill and they weren’t overly pushy about adding more treatments which I appreciated as a foreigner because some clinics definitely make you feel pressured once you walk in 😭

The clinic also felt pretty used to foreign patients so the whole experience felt less awkward/stressful communication-wise.

This is my 100000% honest review so hope this helps!
