apc ups 1500 beeping twice every few seconds and battery icon is blinking...
i dont know whats wrong, I tried holding power button while unplugged, while off while on for a long time each try, turning if off disconnecting battery holding power plugging back in while disconnecting and repeating steps , then reconnect and kept trying...
there was an F02 code on the screen at one point....
