How do challenges work? My local f45 just posted but is there a specific pack or membership you have to buy? Or like a minimum class count or body measurements?

How do you gift "Happy Africa Day" to players? I can't see it when I look at their restaurant board/like their restaurant.

At our swim school if a student is close to moving up, our manager assigns an extra teacher specifically to the student to help get them to move up.

For the past 2-3 weeks I’ve been assigned to this student, however they’re struggling with feeling frustrated about not getting the skill/making similar mistakes over and over again. They are working on freestyle and are struggling with lifting their head/dropping their arm when breathing.

The student is able to breathe perfectly when doing catch-up but struggles when going back to normal freestyle. How can I help them, without them getting as overwhelmed.
