Hi, i am a freshly 18 year old girl, My mom does this thing that drives me absolutely insane. She sleeps on the couch. Constantly. Like literally every night rather than sleep in my parents room or the spare room we have SPECIFICALLY for her, she sleeps on the couch. The only reason it bothers me is the living room is right next to my room. I have really bad paranoia even when I’m not doing anything wrong, and when shes out there i can’t even get up to use the bathroom without a panic attack bcus I think I’ll wake her up. I have told her so many times that this bothers me.

Edit : I should probably add here that I have diagnosed anxiety and my family was very physical when I was younger
