Dinner place to introduce your partner to your family?
Hello All! My partner is finally meeting my family. I need to find a perfect restaurant. Here are the details. My partner is vegetarian but enjoys an occasional drink. My family lives in Europe and are visiting India at the moment. They enjoy non-vegetarian and a few cocktails. They have finally decided to meet.
I am a mess trying to find the right spot. I have debated between Gallops and Carnival and Tanatan and Ishaara and Bombay Canteen and Malgudi and Coast & Bloom.
As you can see, I am all over the place.
What I need is a restaurant which has primarily great indian cuisine as my family doesn't get that quite often. Focus on non-veg food (not seafood as much), a place that is not too loud on Saturday evening, just someplace they can sit and talk, and between Khar and Lower Parel to beat peak hour traffic. Budget no bar but I would like to keep it below 10k for 4 people.
Any thoughts?
