I leased this car on Oct 2024.

In January 2026, the windshield cracked while driving. The mechanic determined it was caused by the glass heating system.

In February,2026 there was a rattling noise from the chassis, which replaced both front sway bar links.

At the end of March, the cooling system malfunctioned. It was sent to the mechanic for repairs, and as of today (the 23rd April ), it's still not fixed, with no definite completion date.

I don't want to continue using this car. How can I communicate with the mechanic to resolve this issue?
