I have a GTX Audition coming up. Wanted to drop here in this Reddit for any advice beyond the “show your personality” I already instruct at two other places including [solidcore] so during my audition I planned on speaking of the science of the movement for muscle mind connection.

But of course wanted to ask for any additional advice for the audition. Should I be asking the Studio Leader what is the availability they are searching for? Or even share that I could teach Ultra Fit and even CTR due to my experience with [solidcore].

Also - does Life Time have Non-Competes in place? I think I’ll be sad to have to give up some of my other instructor roles knowing the culture/members might not be able to come to Life Time and take classes with me.
