I started 50mg sertaline on Thursday. I woke up this morning to intense suicidal thoughts. It went back and forth from present to future. I'm experiencing the jitters, the feeling like a heating pad, tiredness. I want to know if the suicidal thoughts are common. I've dealt with intrusive thoughts for decades. Things to get through my mind aren't things that I normally would think about. It all seems weird. But I definitely want to know if the SI and other symptoms even out and about how long it took.
