Has anybody ever had this happen where they dropped off multiple packages at a post office location. I sold a penny I saw the JFK mask and I saw the battery for a tool. I dropped them all off two of the packages got scanned in one did not. I’ve paid for extra insurance because it’s a mask from the 1960s of John F. Kennedy, the president and if it got crushed, I thought we would be safe and selling for 15 years and I always put them on the counter. It’s never been a problem but today it was and now $800 is on hold because of all my other items that I’ve sold cannot be processed until after they are delivered I’m very frustrated. Is this happened to anybody recently? How can I rectify the situation?
