Why would they make Hero aug that unit is 5 way contested every game?

Why would they make it bait you into "not buying" it. Like who the f would not buying if they gonna lose the benefit. What is the point of making this ragebait mechanic instead of just giving random 2 star. It's literally the same result except this one can bait you.

per game variation making 2-4 unit completely useless each game. And they making 3 of that? Sp you have like 9 unit completely unplayable each game.

Also the way we have to check every single trait every single game is mundane and tiring. Do they think it's fun to open teamplanner checking 2 trait everygame?
