Hey y’all,

I recently built a new pc and used a 750W Dark Power 13 as the PSU. Both that I received would not provide standby power to my motherboard and upon paperclip testing, the fan was not spinning. Is it a known issue for these to show up DOA or am I just insanely unlucky? I hear a slight sparking/crackling sound when I turn it on while paperclip testing. Also a part of the PSU appears to be potentially rattling around inside. Is there anything else I can test before I send my second one back? I am pretty sure everything else is working correctly, but I’d like to be sure it’s not a motherboard issue before I wait for another delivery.
