Hotel advice for US

I relocating from the East Coast to West Coast and will be traveling by car with my dog and two cats. Every hotel I’m looking at, says there’s a maximum of two pets per day.

My question to the group, has anyone had luck calling the manager to explain a relocation and ask for an exception with three pets, or is it better just to say I have two, and sneak the third one in

I will only be at each hotel one night, before I move on.

Movers

We are moving across the country. Corporate tell and I anticipate the following team:

Team of 2-4 to pack and load truck in home city, 3 days (pack, unassisted bed frames, etc)
Supervisor home city
Driver
2-4 to unpack and te-assemble bed frames, etc for 2 days

Plan to have cold beverages and grab and go non messy snacks.

Tipping questions:

Packers—do I tip daily or wait til end…how much? Is there risk I miss someone if they come first day but not second and someone else subs in? Do I give to them individually or to supervisor and let the super divvy? Assuming super is also doing packing, is their amount sane or different? Do I also buy lunch?

Driver? I may or may not meet them? What if it’s a team?

Unpackers? Same questions.
