Home workout routine suggestion
Good day, hi. I’m new here, been looking anywhere to ask/find actual suggestion on what I change / do in my everyday. I would appreciate any advice and suggestion you have. I really need it.
My target/dream is to have BIGGER UPPER BODY, SMALLER WAIST. Good chest and muscles, fine abs or just flat stomach.
Right now. I work 8 hours a day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MON to FRI. I do very seldom homework out, if I do, probably just once a week 10 minute-ab workout. I cant seem to stay consistent and i am not sure if what i’m doing is right that is why i can stay consistent because i have that hesitation.
What routine should I do each week. And any diet/food suggestions, and non-workout routine. Thank you so much.
