Here’s what the victorville sheriff station stated about her death. They said she jumped from a moving vehicle and no other vehicle was involved.
Here’s what they left out,
they were all drinking at the 17 year old drivers home where the mother allowed minors to drink and pike 7 kids in a 5 seater. One of the passengers is 22 and purchased the minors the alcohol. They didn’t tell anyone that part nor did they investigate. Just after 1am lucka asked to be let out of the vehicle where she then laid on the road and a black suv ran over her head. And fled the scene. According to the fire department who first on scene . The friends all deny suicedal ideations. The fire department relay this verbally to the deputy Moran who changes the narrative to she jumped from a moving car and no other car involved. After omitting to drinking prior to entering the vehicle the officer did not conduct any legal sobriety tests. The driver of the black suv later returned to the hesperia station to give a statement but in a grey dodge. He states he didn’t stop cause he had to have his moms car back by 2am . At 12pm at the Victorville station (officer changes stations) he went in his friends moms car with his friend and mom the police inspector that vehice at put in good condition. So not only did he not go in the black suv witness say they saw but they knowingly processed the wrong car. The autopsy proves her injuries are consistant with being hit by a second vehicle.
the sheriffs narrative completely contradicts what the fire department put in their report.
these Victorville station sheriffs need to fix their wrong and hold the people who contributed to her death and arrest the felony hit and run driver.
