Embarrassing photo from high school tied to my full name and I want it deleted
Hello everyone,
When you search my full name on google, the most embarrassing photo of me pops up from high school YEARS ago. It’s on my high schools facebook page and they have my full name on it, which is why it pulls up the photo. I have a professional job, and will likely have people looking me up online. I’m trying to make sure that when you search my name, embarrassing stuff like this doesn’t pop up. I dont and have never had much of an online presence. The photo that pops up was from an award ceremony.
None of the Facebook options when I go to report it fall under my circumstances. I simply want it removed. I don’t even have Facebook myself, but I guess I could reach out to the school? It just seems ridiculous for me to ask them to remove something that was posted centuries ago. What’s the best way I can go about this?
