I don't know where to post but I need help. I really really need help from all of the Internet people out there. Pleaseeee🙏

my family is threatening to post the conversation that's on my phone on Facebook, and in our country Facebook is used by a lot of people, and I don't want it to go on public because its a private conversation between me and my friends. Can someone please. It's so heartbreaking that they will do such thing to me, and they threaten to track my friends and even go to different schools to find them and get information from the dean/principal. I don't know what to do. And my first thought is to banned their fb account for just a bit until things cool down. I can even give the number of their Facebook just for them not to post things online about my personal information. It's So heartbreaking for me and I'm writing this with hands shaken because they throw stuff and shout out for for something that they don't know fully.

MIL turned into a digital creator and has tons of photos of our children. Anything I can do?

We’ve already asked her not to post our children publicly but she always goes back to it and today we saw she made a digital creator profile. I’m so upset, Facebook purposely pushes photos, especially of children to random people’s algorithm. I’ve gotten videos on other peoples children and when I would go to their profile i noticed we had no mutual friends, groups and didn’t even live in the same state, not even a close one. Well when I’d click their page everything they had in common was being a digital creator. Now to see my children’s photos will be pushed the same way to some pdf page is so upsetting. I sent a message to MIL about it but can I do anything to report it on FB?

Is it just me or have everyone else’s reel algorithm tweaked out and started to push reels you have absolutely zero interest in.

Like I’d get the back to back TO BACK reels by a single creator/person that I absolutely hated.(well not hated… but like I get so annoyed by constant reels by them showing up in an unbroken succession to the point where I hate the creators out of the pure instinct)

So naturally I hit ‘not interested’ and then the block button. However… they will get another creator(s) of very similar content and everything. Then it’d push their reels onto me in such a passive aggressive manner.

Of course I tried everything to soft reset the algorithm like watching my favorite old reels on repeat for like five minutes or so. The algorithm will just return to its unusual yandere-esque personality.

Just want to make this thread to see if anyone else has the similar experience.

FB Support is a joke - AI Bot has automatically banned me for no reason

Got permanently removed from the FB marketplace for selling sports darts. (Rising sun gen 10 darts).

Supposedly this goes against our Commerce Policies on Weapons, Ammunition and Explosives??

Tried appealing, and got rejected.

Then this Meta AI is just rage baiting.

Does FB have a real support team?

My Facebook was hacked, the attacker uploaded PEDO Pics, and now my account is permanently disabled. How do I prove it wasn’t me?

Yesterday I got an email from Facebook asking if I was the one who changed my password. I immediately clicked “This wasn’t me,” but apparently I was already too late.

Someone had gotten into my Facebook account and started changing my information. Shortly after that, I was completely locked out. When I tried logging back in, Facebook told me my account had been disabled.

There was basically no normal appeal process that I could find, just an option to download my information. I downloaded the archive, which ended up being about 1.6 GB.

At that point I was trying to figure out what the hacker actually did and how I could prove to Meta that this wasn’t me. I used ChatGPT to help me go through the account activity/logs and understand what was inside the Facebook download.

That’s when things got way more disturbing.
From the information in the archive, it appears that whoever hacked my account deliberately tried to get the account banned. They changed information, went through identity/selfie verification, and apparently uploaded child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through my account.

That means the Facebook archive I downloaded may now actually contain copies of those images.
I have zero intention of opening or viewing them. I honestly don’t even want this ZIP file sitting on my computer, but at the same time I’m afraid to delete something that could potentially prove what happened.

I ended up getting Meta Verified through Instagram specifically so I could try to reach an actual Meta support person. I submitted a very detailed report explaining the timeline, the unauthorized login/password change, what I found in the account data, and that the illegal content was uploaded by the attacker. Now I’m waiting for Meta to respond.

What scares me is that Facebook is going to permanently associate my name/account with this content or just delete the account before anyone actually investigates the unauthorized access.

I’ve had this Facebook account for years, and there should be login records, IP/location information, password changes, device information, and other activity showing that someone else took control of it.

Has anyone dealt with a hacked Facebook account where the hacker intentionally uploaded prohibited/illegal content to get the account banned?

And if so:

Was Meta eventually able to restore the account?

Is there a specific department or escalation process I should be trying to reach?

Should I keep the Facebook data archive untouched as evidence?

Is there anything else I should be doing right now to protect myself?

I really don’t want to open or interact with any of those files. I just want Meta to investigate the actual login/activity records and recognize that my account was compromised.

My theory on Facebook content monetization. They simply don’t want to pay.

I have a theory. I could be completely wrong but this is just what I am noticing. Facebook is not inviting people with huge followings and get millions of views because they don’t want to pay. I’ve seen many of small creators get the invite. Creators with 1k followers or even sub 1k followers. I’m basing this off of new accounts that has found success. Obviously there are some accounts that are huge but has been monetized for years. I’ve also noticed a lot of these big pages that were monetized for years have been losing their monetization. I don’t think it’s a coincidence. I think that’s why there’s no clear requirement to get the invite. There’s people that haven’t been active on their account for months and got invites. This isn’t me putting any of these small creators down either. I just find it very funny that accounts that get millions of views a month and have north of 50k followers haven’t gotten invites. My conclusion, they are greedy and just don’t want to pay.

App Update = Login Loop? Looking for Advice and/or Help for this Constant Issue

Every single time I update Facebook and Messenger on my iPhone and iPad, I get stuck in a log-in loop. This is the third time it’s happened to me.

On my desktop browser, everything works just fine. Yet on my iPhone and iPad, it takes 30-60 minutes before the app is magically fixed.

This always happens to me whenever there’s an update.

I’m using neither a VPN, nor do I have privacy relay turned on.

Anyone else?

The number of friends on my friends list is shown publicly on my profile

I remember back in the 2010s, the number of friends I had on Facebook was not shown anywhere on my profile.

Recently I found out that anyone could go to my profile and see this information because it's noted directly under the profile name. This wasn't the case in the past.

This change wasn't made known to me by Facebook through a notification in any way. This has made me feel violated because it has caused damage to my reputation since people were able to infer my level of popularity based on the information.

I would like to know if there are others who feel the same, or if anyone is interested in pursuing legal action against Facebook due to similar experiences.

Facebook plays a physiological warfare with it's users in order to keep them coming back for more & to maximize profits. It's kinda like Stockholm syndrome where victims return because they feel trapped into the relationship.

I hate that you have to go to a page or profile to block it and then the algorithm thinks you like that thing and shows you more of it

You’d think there’d be a way they can make it so if you block something, you probably don’t want to see more of it just because you had to go to the profile.

Thoughts on Meta AI’s tagline “The AI that knows you best”? Honestly, it seems so creepy.

They need to patch this sh!t sooner than later

Facebook Unoriginal Content Demonetized Me and Live Agent Cant Do Anything

August 14, 2026 when my earnings and views started spiking, I suddenly received this unoriginal content on my last 12 videos straight!. Those videos are heavily edited by me.

First Attempt: I contacted the support and ask for a live agent but transferred me into the email support instead and says that my page will be reviewed again By November (3months).

Second Attempt: So I created another support ticket and this time I successfully escalated this to the technical recommendation team. I talked to a live agent and reviewed my reels and says he will create a documentation here and forward me to the monetization team. but while waiting for the agent, the chat suddenly closes and says go back to the first attempt as there was an open ticket. (im back to square 1)

Third Attempt: I talked to a level 1 support agent that follows the book and just told me to keep posting. She was not aware of the violation end date. Why would I continue posting without being recommended and monetized? lol. She proceeds to escalate this into the technical team again, and while I was waiting for the review, the chat ended again and says go back to the first attempt.

It is completely deadlock. I am not sure if I would be getting the earnings I've made. I assume they would seize it because they'll say it was made from violations.

How infuriated would you be if this is the response you got from Facebook? This has been an absolute nightmare. What is going on at that company?

What are they doing? I mean, have you ever seen something so confusing? It’s absolutely everything I expected from a company that uses artificial intelligence to run its customer service department 😂 if you ever expect to get help from Facebook, good luck.

facebook marketplace algorithm has me cackling

the other day i was scrolling facebook marketplace, as one does, and i couldn’t believe the amount of posts i was seeing that were truly so odd and hilarious at the same time. i started physically laughing at some of the posts, turning my daily facebook marketplace scrolling into a hunt for the funniest posts i could find in my area vs my typical casual scroll. i don’t know what facebook angels gave me the perfect algorithm or maybe i just happen to live near some of the coolest/funniest people, but i am so grateful for the experience.

with that, i figured i would share the screenshots for your entertainment as well. i hope you enjoy as much as i did!

How to retrieve my facebook account and page after being permanently disabled

My personal account and my business page are both connected. For some reason facebook decided to suspend my account and i tried to appeal by first doing the video selfie and before i could even send a picture of my id they decided to permanently ban my account. That business page of mine was already quite big so starting from scratch could cause a financial problem. I have multiple customers on there with multiple due payments so i really need that account back. Please help me and tell me what to do

Warning: Be very careful before enabling Facebook’s “Delete After Death” setting on your account

Be very careful before enabling Facebook’s "Delete After Death" option.

I enabled this setting on my account. Later, even though I am still alive, someone apparently reported me as deceased, and Facebook processed my account according to my "Delete After Death" preference.

The biggest problem is that once your account gets into this situation, almost all of Meta’s normal contact forms and support channels seem unable to restore it.

I tried using:

https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/292558237463098

but for almost 3 months, it has only shown:

"We could not process your request. Please try again later."

I also tried:

https://www.facebook.com/help/memorialized

to explain that I am alive and my account was incorrectly reported as belonging to a deceased person, but I still have not been able to recover it.

I can verify my identity and prove that I am alive, but there seems to be no proper appeal process for this situation.

So please be extremely careful with the "Delete After Death" setting. If someone falsely reports your death, recovering your account may become extremely difficult—or possibly impossible through normal Meta support channels.

I’m posting this as a warning so other people don’t end up in the same situation.

Facebook is more harmful than people realize, their algorithm is abusive, and it appears they have no safeguards for kids

I have been noticing steadily since last summer that Facebook is pushing more and more harmful content in our feeds. A lot of random rage baiting, blatant misinformation, and even some calling for racism and hate. The worst offender is the reel algorithm. I started getting ACTUAL csam one time and once I reported it, my feed went off the rails. Suddenly, I get more and more videos of this content. I report it every time and the videos are somehow not against community standards.

I don't want to describe in detail but these videos are from foreign countries and it involves babies or toddlers. Privates are sometimes shown but if there is anything more, the video has a large emoji over it blocking the actual acts. Anyone with a brain can tell what's being done even through the emojis. The comment section is terrible, and NOT ONE video has ever been removed.

I have reported FB groups that say it's for making friends ages 9-14 right in the title, yet there's no way of reporting it so it just stays there. Reverse image searching on some of the "kids" looking for friends shows some of the photos were stolen which makes me think there's adults lurking in these groups.

I feel that something may be terribly wrong here and the cracks are starting to show. How can people have their profiles removed for seemingly nothing or comments removed because of strong wording when there are videos like this still flailing around. What more can be done about this?
