Meta accounts got locked, I can't login using everything. I don't know what to do, I have important conversations in my accounts.
My Facebook and Instagram account got locked, now I can't login because it says I need to login using devices I've used before. I tried logging in using devices I've used to login to those same accounts before but it says it doesn't recognize these devices I've used. I also tried using the face verification but it's not accepting that, I don't know why. I can't go through the passport route because the only ID I have is my postal ID.
