Payed Netmarble 100 dollars just to get banned and neglected for a week
Around April 23rd I bought 100 dollar pack on 7ds origin on psn and when I login in i didn't get the in game currency. I looked up many ways to get currency like restarting the game restoring the license but it didn't work. Next the first thing I did in morning was to contact Netmarble but it took a day to respond to the issue and say call Playstation customer service. Then I called Playstation customer service but they didn't help either and said contact Netmarble. I did the right thing and contacted my bank. The bank started the investigation and gave me temp credit for 100 dollars but Playstation didn't like that so I got banned for 100 dollar charge for being fraud. I contacted Netmarble and Playstation to get my account back but it took a week to get my psn account unbanned. I had to cancel the investigation and I send screenshots of transactions to psn to get unbanned. I login on psn wanted to play 7ds origin and it says im banned for the same reason. I contacted the about the situation and send them same screenshots I sent Playstation but its been a week still banned. Netmarble says they dont know when I will get unbanned like this shit crazy. I really want to support this game but its with shit company.
