I was stocking fresh delivery, and the fridge door must have been faulty , completely unbenkowest to me. As I was kneeled down trying to rotate, a metal pole and damaged bits of the fridge fell on my face. I sustained a bruise and scar just right of my eye which is now swelling and the bruise is spreading. I’m awaiting an incident report but I’m not sure if I can do anything with this? Naturally, if it was my fault or just a normal injury you can get at work I wouldn’t bother, but it’s just avoided my eye and it’s quite painful. Is it work making a claim? If so how would I go about it. Thank you
