My adult friend wants to start T but his parents r transphobic and he still uses their insurance. Advice pls
He’s wanted to for years now and JUST turned 18, desperate to get into the process of starting T but scared how his parents will react. He wants to be under his mom’s insurance for all of it because he doesn’t have his own insurance yet but he’s scared of getting kicked off of her insurance because of it. They are very transphobic and even when he simply asked for what the insurance was his mom said “better not be for any transitioning stuff” he’s in Ohio. Any advice is much appreciated as he needs his juice 🙏
