Feeling hopeless after being hopeful

SW: 431, CW: 398, GW: feeling good.

I started ozempic about a month and a half ago- recently on .5 and will be for the next month. On the .25 I lost the 30-ish pounds and was feeling amazing. I’m pairing the ozempic with gym 3x a week (when I can), and an aggressive calorie deficit (tdee: 2400 calories, my goal has been 1800 but have been hitting under- been drinking close too 100 oz of water a day and focusing on protein).

The last few weeks the scale hasn’t moved and no noticeable body composition has changed either. It feels like I’m working really hard to get these pounds of and between some days it goes up. One morning I actually weighed in at 394 and was ecstatic but have been weighing at 396 and above since then.

I know .5 is introductory still and the major loss hasn’t come yet but I can’t help feeling a little miffed. On the .25 I had been losing weight every time I stepped on the scale and it seems like since starting the .5 nothing has changed.

Just looking for some guidance or a kindred spirit who has gone through the same thing and came out on the other side! Am I doing something wrong? Should my calorie deficit be greater?

Overall I’m very excited and happy for where I am- just wishing the weight would keep falling off.
